I called because we had an emergency, 2 of my labs got bit in the face by a rattlesnake. They needed help asap. They refused to see my dogs because they weren’t patients and hadn’t seen them before. Luckily I was able to get them into Country Side Vet in Myrtle Creek. They each needed anti venom and one almost died. Don’t go here. Make the extra drive to country side! They are awesome! Funny how the owner won’t comment on the negative posts 😂

We have 3 dogs and anytime they have an issue I have an appointment within that week (sometimes even same day) and it’s promptly taken care of! My dogs’ weird quirks and personalities are always remembered and you can see how much the staff truly loves and cares for every animal that comes through.

All the staff were way more helpful and welcoming with our Shepard that has reactive behavior issues, compared to Baileys. I would recommend Parkway to anyone. They took excellent care of our dog.

Dr. Rott has been our primary large & small animal vet since 1998. Throughout this journey we've experienced respect, care, concern, invaluable knowledge & skill along with compassion ❤️. Quick, easy in and out just for clipping our 19 year old cat’s nails and cutting out some heavily matted hair clumps because she doesn’t groom well any more and is a long haired cat. All the staff has always been very caring, as well as competent.
