Took my dog here for a few years before switching to a different clinic. Reason due to their lack of emergency services. Supporting staff is good. Orated through a few of their vets and they are nice.

I must have been the most annoying client ever with how many times I called them to check on my kitty. But they answered their phones very quickly and were very compassionate every time I called. I brought my Bonbons in for an emergency visit and they got me a spot immediately. I made it to the clinic and they got us in a room straight away with the doctor following in right behind us. Dr hartshorn diagnosed my kitty very quickly and fixed him right up. I am forever grateful to everyone in this clinic

I would like to say this office has always been so helpful. Dr Hartshorn had us bring our Labrador in even though they were very busy and the staff had to stay a little late on their Sunday to suture up our puppy. Thank You

Stopped in Cheyenne with my cats during our move from FL to OR. My boy cat had blood in his urine so we called Avenues as soon as they opened. They got him in immediately with no appointment. The staff was knowledgeable and patient when it came to all of our concerns. They even made sure he was all set to make the rest of the drive safely. Everyone was compassionate and friendly. We have experienced many different vet offices with our babies and I must say the prices were very good as well considering everything he needed and the amazing quality of care. Very grateful for Avenues.

Everyone is kind and so accommodating! I don't have to fight to advocate for my best friend in an emergency situation! They got us in and happily 🥰 In fact they to were just as worried as I was! My family takes their pets here and I should of thought to ask them the first time I went to a vet!
