If I could give WAH a 5-star review every time my dogs had an appointment I would. They are just phenomenal through and through. The receptionists are lovely to interact with and are always super sweet. My doctor of choice is Dr. Day and I love how comfortable she is around my German Shepherds. She takes things nice and slow, making my dogs feel comfortable even after one of them had a traumatic experience at a previous clinic. Dr. Day was also amazing enough to learn about the process for OFA Thyroid to complete the health testing for my adult GSD! I haven't had a bad experience here and I highly recommend them!!

I researched and called three vets a bit closer to me before being referred to Dr. Day by another vet that was full. No one else I called was taking new clients, and our cat had a cough that we were worried about. I feel really lucky that we found Dr. Day because she is amazing! She is exactly the sort of vet I was hoping to find for our cat. She was kind, compassionate, immensely patient, and was so gentle with our terrified cat. Dr. Day answered all of our questions (sorry there were so many!) and helped us understand everything that might be going on and all of our care options. Dr. Day even called us two days after our appointment to see how we were doing with administering the medication she prescribed! I also really appreciated that Dr. Day made it so comfortable to discuss the costs associated with our cat’s care. That was really helpful. We are so grateful for Dr. Day’s phenomenal care and the lovely, helpful people we spoke with on the phone who helped us book an appointment so fast! Thank you so much! We appreciate you!

My family and I arrived looking for assistance to take our dog out of the country. The lady at the front desk told us they no longer offer the service however she still took the time to look for documents online and print them and give them to us as well. She had no obligation of doing this or helping us in any other way yet she still took the time to do it. We are very thankful and would recommend the Warwick Animal Hospital to anyone we know.

They have no respect for what time they schedule you vs what time you’re seen. I literally sat w my dog for 37 minutes while 3 other dogs were seen. My appointment was BEFORE theirs!! No one spoke to me about the delay or why were kept waiting at any point. Zero communication. When I asked why we were delayed and all other dogs going in on time, I was told by the front desk that “if I didn’t like I could reschedule”!!! The rude audacity of the front desk girl is beyond words, too not care that my dogs stressed beyond from waiting n now I’m late for a meeting.. That front desk girl knows nothing about customer service at all. Spent entire time sitting alone w my dog wondering what was going on. Completely unprofessional establishment. Go elsewhere!!!

While this place charges a tad higher than most vets (except OSVS), I did like that I was able to bring my 3 dogs on such a short notice--one for a sick visit and two for wellness. They were thorough. This was where my chihuahua was first found to have a heart murmur which was a good thing (the discovery, not the murmur)--he was there for an ear irritation check up. This is a convenient vet place due to hours of operation. If you find your pets needing immediate care, this would be a good alternative to your usual vet.
