So grateful to the people that work here! They did a phenomenal job, and got my cat in right away when there was a possible problem after her spay. You can tell they genuinely care about animals, and you! Highly recommend going here for your animals spay and neuter care. They make checking in and out quite simple as well, very efficient! Overall 10/10 experience. Thank you potter league!

what a wonderful thing they do here for the animals by making it affordable to get them spayed/neutered. However, it is hard to get past some of the attitude the staff have for no apparent reason. If you are not passionate about working with animals, do not work with animals. Your attitude not only impacts the customers but the overall environment/ experience as well making individuals less likely to come back or recommend this place to others. To the woman who worked the afternoon shift 08/14/24 during pick up hours, you need to be more careful with the way you speak to individuals because it is simply not kind, if you are not happy where you work perhaps leave. Individuals who are new to potter league spay and neuter clinic should be able to ask questions without feeling attacked simply for being confused. I would ONLY recommend if you cannot afford your regular vet price but beware of attitude from adults who should know better.

Potter performed my Affenpinscher’s spay surgery yesterday. Very professional, well organized staff and very nice clinic. The front desk receptionist, techs, and veterinarians all super friendly and attentive to all the pets being seen/discharged. The veterinarian did an excellent job on her spay…best stitches I have ever seen. I would highly recommend for anyone in need of an affordable procedure. I knew my Maisie was in good hands! She’s doing very well on her recovery.

The waiting took a good hour, though they said it would. The process should be alittle faster. My dog did well and was provided post op meds. I’m happy with how everything went. The price is fair, could be slight more affordable. The waitlist is horrendous. So expect to have your pet on a spay/neuter list for 4-6 + months

Had my 8 month old Italian greyhound mix neutered the other day, the techs were awesome and the front desk receptionist was super friendly. They did an excellent job on the neuter itself, highly recommend for anyone in need of an affordable procedure. Just make sure you read everything and watch the discharge video; be prepared for a grouchy puppy on pickup though, he is not at all happy about the cone of shame lol Update: almost a year after the surgery he’s doing great. He healed within 14 days of coming home with no complications and was back to sleeping on our bed soon after. The most difficult part was keeping him calm and carrying him up and down the stairs, he’s a very hyper pup.

My experience getting my cat neutered here was terrible..the day before my appointment, an employee from Potter Leaguecalled and stated my concent forms all of a sudden got lost, so i filled out new concent forms, when i called to confirm they were recieved, they said that my appointment wasnt until august 28th, when my appointment was for the 24th of July origionally. So my concent forms were tampered with, my appointment date was changed without my permission, and when I tried to explain what was going on to the manager, she basically called me a liar and asked me to screenshot my origional concent form conformation e-mail that showed the origional appointment date. So yes i was upset, i was already nervous about getting my cat neutered, i had already made the down payment, and called out of work for that day, so i was expecting the manager to be more accommodable. She told me "you dont even have to come here, you can go somewhere else". She was very rude, and i couldnt understand why i was being treated terribly when someone who she manages made a huge mistake... all i expected was that she repremand the person who changed my appointment date and lied about lost concent forms. When i sent her the proof, the manager's tune changed a bit and she started yelling "did anyone change an appointment, did you change any appointments" ? I heard everyone reply "no." While she was still on the phone with me, this was all happening...which i thought was very unprofessional. After a couple hours of back and fourth misinformation, and correcting mistakes, my appointment was finally fixed, the employee who called me saying they didnt hve my concent forms, when they did, (which i know due to having recieved the conformation e-mail that potter league did recieve the paperwork) and who changed my appointment date, probably wasnt repremanded, the manager certainly was not helpful and made a bad situation worse, made me feel nervous to even bring my cat there and should really learn to be more sensitive and helpful towards customers. I have even more to say but ill just leave it at this, i will never ever bring my cat to potter league again.
