Hands down the best vet office I have been to. Always thoroughly explains what the issue is, the costs, and what they suggest doing next. The front desk staff are always so sweet and you can definitely tell they care about you and your pet. I hadn't realized how my cats illness was making him feel sluggish until he started his antibiotics as I had thought our new kitten was tiring him out. But a week after starting, he became his old self again and was playing like he use to! Very happy with how serious they took his issue, and because of it I have my happy boy back! Thank you!

We brought our cat in last week, so sure we'd have to put him down for not eating for a week. They had suggested us a hairball remover to remove whatever was the blockage. I'm not sure if that's what helped, but he's been eating on his own now for a few days, and they even called to follow up on him. Will definitely recommend this vet to anyone 👌 Thank you for the attentiveness and care the staff has 😊

I brought my dog into Brack Animal Hospital and she was diagnosed with a potential fatal disease. Dr. House prescribed medication for her. She prescribed the wrong dosage. Had I not noticed, my dog could have gotten sicker and potentially died. I will never go back to that hospital again. Nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Really incredible service. I had taken a client to their vet appointment with Dr.Mailloux and after seeing the care switched vets. He takes time to explain everything in appointments (as do all of the professionals) and call if there’s a problem or just to let you know where things stand. We had to put our big guy Romeo down after 16 years in January (puppy under the pillow lol) but Dr. M was able to give us a few more months with him. Dr. Booth oversaw the euthanasia that morning and we were given all the time we needed and not pressured with any up sales for cremation or things that would have been expensive. She was so kind and took care of our guy in his last hours making sure his pain was managed and we knew it was the right choice. ALL of the staff are very compassionate and in such a difficult time, they were able to offer some beautiful keepsakes- a paw print and a surprise card in the mail a few weeks later. Really grateful to have found them and that our little guy (top dog… Walnut) is in such good hands.

Very caring and compassionate doctors and staff. We had to make the devastating decision to let our terminally ill and suffering cat Colby go. Bracks were so sympathetic and caring as we spent our final moments with Colby. That care will never be forgotten.

Please take a moment to read this review. I will keep it as short as possible. My 14 year old dog, Trooper, suddenly collapsed. We thought he may have had possible heart failure. We were 5 minutes away from Brack's Animal Hospital at the time, so we made a decision to rush him there, hoping someone could help us. I went into the clinic, saying we had an emergency. A vet by the name of Dr. House immediately came out to our vehicle to access Trooper. She than decided to bring Trooper inside to help him. Dr.House stayed with Trooper for nearly 1.5 hours until she felt he was stable. We found out after, that as we pulled up, Dr.House was on her way to a family function. Dr.House could have very easily turned us away, but instead, she gave up valuable time her family to help our very sick dog. All I can say is Dr. House is so kind and brilliant!! Once Dr.House felt Trooper was stable, Dr.Mailloux took over. He was already booked, but made the time to continue helping Trooper. He did a few more tests, and took time to explain every step and answer all of our questions. He never once, rushed us, or treated us like an inconvience. He treated Trooper like his own. He was wonderful, and so was all the caring staff. They never stopped making Trooper comfortable with cozy blanket, water bowls and treats. Again, Trooper, my wife and I can't thank Bracks Animal Hosptial enough for everything they did to help us that day.
