The clinic staff is efficient, knowledgeable and professional. As crazy as drop off and pick up times are the staff had it under control. I went in thinking I had a male and female... turns out Aleister is an Alice.... who knew! Pictures because they are adorable.... Alice and Souxsie.

It was my first time to visit the shelter. It was very clean and staffs are caring for the animals and kind. Thank you for the care and love to the shelter animals. They have a place to stay and seems happy. The amount of food supplies and coupons the shelter gave us were amazing. I was not expecting that. The dry and wet food last 1 month which give us time to get used to have a pet. With coupons ppl were friendly and congrats us whichever store we go. We always dreamed to have a cat. Thank you for all your kind souls to keep all of the animals clean and feed them.

The lady Manager promised us the cat to be delivered in 1 or 2 days time and they never called us so when we followed up she was making excuses by saying they tried calling us and left voice mail. The attempt was never made and she was not able to verify that she called us. I asked her if the cat were taken by someone else she said it was but I suspected her so I went in person and saw the cat still there. She was shocked to see me and started making excuses and roaming around me to escort me out as soon as possible. She has some kind of serious racial issues. For your kind information, when they say cat will be ready in one or two days do not believe them, they will never call you. What can be done to avoid conflict with the manager or staff who keeps on lying one after another and pretend like you’re the villain they are victim. Make sure to put a notes on the cat it’s been adopted by someone else + follow up the them next morning that how is the paper work going on, that way you can have your cat. I attached the cat we wanted but the manager Richard didn’t let us have it as she is racist and keep lying word after word. Karma is waiting for you for real!!

We had the best experience adopting our two new baby kittens. It was a quick and easy process to do the application to adopt online and we were called so quickly. It was such a great experience, we were sent home with plenty of food and information to start, and we are so happy with our new babies!
