I love Pet Valu! I just wish they carried more the extra large dogs! It's hard to find a good leash or collar. My guy has grown so fast! He's happy when we go and get a cookie! Good stuff!

Great selection. I also do like they are opened till 6 pm on Sundays where other pet stores close at 5. I work at the mall until 5pm Sundays, so this makes it super convenient for me. I did a store pick up today and it was a great experience. They also attached a little thank you card to my cat food bag and Taylor signed it and drew a picture of a cat. I thought it was super cute and made me smile. Those little details make a difference and Taylor made a difference with that little drawing. :)

PetVelu The staff in this location are extremely helpful and kind, especially Monique, spent quality time with me to introduce the products that I was looking for with several my store visits. She was so patient with me and understood my concerns. She had so much empathy with my situation (anxiety and distress) as my beloved dog having a surgery on that day and I was trying to buy some stuff to make my dog comfortable. She even shared her own experience with her cat surgery. She made me feel so welcome and made me feel like talking to a family member or a close friend, never pushed me to buy anything I was not sure about it. She helped to hold the products in different angles while I was doing the measurements. She gave me the exception for the returning the on sale item that was not supposed to be returned. That takes a huge heart for Monique to provide outstanding services to pet owners. I am so grateful and can’t thank enough for the help that I received from this wonderful Lady, Monique during that stressful day for me. I highly recommend this store for pet owners to shop at.

Very helpful staff, stopped in here to grab a few items as I remembered on my way home. I got the run down of some deals on items I was looking for.......loved the enthusiasm and eagerness to go the extra step for the customer.......not just for the customer but I felt like she really cared about the well being of my dog and cats..... Thanks so much for the great experience and for being so friendly and welcoming. I'll for sure be back again!!!!!
