Animal Specialty and Emergency Center saved Kahlua‘s life! My parents were out of town when their dog started to vomit blood and become very lethargic on a Saturday afternoon. After recently being here for one of our own dog’s passing, I didn’t hesitant with where to go. They were upfront about the diagnostic testing and treatment plan, providing an accurate estimate of charges throughout! They provided frequent updates to both myself, and my mom, who was across the country. The entire veterinary team was great! We truly know that their quick and continued treatment throughout her hospital stay saved her life!

I really appreciate the attitude and attentive service we received and the ultimate care we were rendered in the aide of our beloved Zeus! The Empathy for loosing or hopeless feelings when you’re pet is ill or dying is truly important when you are in need of help. I definitely felt the Love and reassurance from the staff and Physician in rendering care for my Zeus. Thanks so much (Ashley) for your compassion in my time of need. Zeus is doing well! The receptionist (Deitra)at the front desk was phenomenal I really appreciate the concern and heartfelt prayers for those that came in after me and before me.❤️‍🩹 Thanks 🙏🏾 for all you do for our Beloved Fur Babies 🐾🐕‍🦺

Most professional staff and personnel. They’re honesty and well-being, but not only our boy Obi-Wan For our concerned of his welfare. We knew he’d be in good hands the moment we walked in until we checked out. The next following day we had two of the staff members checking in to see how he’s doing. Very respectful thank you very much.

I called to make sure they were not busy and we could be seen early morning between 7:30-9AM. Told pricing over the phone which I appreciated transparency. I came in very distraught and upset my new kitten was injured. My little Leo Baby was not acting normal and in severe pain on back leg. Nurses immediately came to our rescue at the counter when we arrived. Escorted to a clean large room, and seen shortly after arrival by Veterinarian on duty. Sent home with pain medication, dewormer and quote to take to my local veterinarian. Very pleasant emergency experience here and grateful for their kind ladies who were very empathetic towards are situation. Staff followed up afterwards. 10/10 experience.

My 7 year old cat had a torn CCL. My regular vet advised amputation but also suggested to come here if I wanted to save his leg. It cost a pretty penny but this place repaired his CCL and took amazing care of him. It was during COVID so I was not allowed in the building but they were very sweet coming out to get him. The staff even gave him a nickname. Here we are about 3 or 4 years later and his leg is great. He occasionally has a limp but his activity does not seem to be limited. He runs, jumps, climbs. Amazing staff and very successful CCL reconstruction surgery.

Dr Hammett, Bridget, and Oliver were extremely supportive and kind when we came in with our 13 year-old Golden Retriever, Ruby. We never felt rushed to make any decisions and we felt that Dr Hammett was professional yet still so personal as he related to our situation in an objective but deeply caring manner. He has a gift for both animals and people and his bedside manner is amazing. Bridget’s kindness was off the charts and her heart for animals astounded us. She left no detail unturned, and treated Ruby like she was her own dog (with that much love!). She made us nose prints and paw prints after Ruby passed which were so touching and we treasure the keepsakes. Oliver at the front desk was very knowledgeable and he was the reason that we decided to go with the clinic in the first place because after my phone call with him, I felt very prepared and knowledgable with realistic expectations. He continued to answer any questions that we had with patience and kindness throughout the night. Ruby was laid to rest with dignity and kindness. We cannot be more thankful to the team at Animal Specity Clinic. The Burgess family
