Great staff. Quick to help! The picture title of it in Google was a little misleading. So I was able to stop by with two of my kids. If you ring the bell and employee will come up with a smile and be totally willing to answer any questions that you may have. They had pamphlets right next to it on Academy, providing general information as well as a QR code to go online. If you ever need a license/info it’s a great staff can help you at their office😉

Been waiting almost 7 hours with and slightly injured(scabbed over dog bites) abandoned pet to be rounded up (especially since it chased my own cat off and she's now been missing all day when she has never missed meal time in almost 2 years) and when I called back around 2pm to even get an idea when they'd arrive, I was snobbly told I can't have an ETA due to call rating. I get prioritized calls but to not even be able to confirm if it will be today or not is really something else...

I want to thank animal services for helping me this morning. I found a dog that was in pretty bad shape . Sweet girl that looked like she had a rough life. I called and within an hour the nicest caring young lady showed up. I pray that pup is okay and hope I can find out how she is doing .

Pitbull was running lose on the streets of a corporate park, officers did nothing and it has attacked several people and has run multiple customers off of the property. What a joke bcso is 😂😂😂

I called these people at least 6 different times about a very animal aggressive dog (doberman) that had bit several dogs in my neighborhood and they never did anything about it. One dog even ended up dying from their wounds. And still nothing. They kept telling me and the neighbors that they didn't have enough people that work here to help us out. And on top of it, this poor dog was being abused by being kept in a small back bedroom where it pooped and peed. It's owners used their disability as a reason they couldn't take care of their dog and never took the dog out, so everytime it escaped, it hurt another animal. I had to walk around my own home with a steal pipe filled with cement so that I had something to stop the dog if it came after my puppy, or anyone else's puppy, animal, child.

We called last night at 8:45pm to report a lost/stray pit mix that was wandering the entrance to our condos. It was 45 degrees outside and he was in a high car traffic area. During the call the dispatch lady said that since it was after hours she didn’t know when animal services would show up but that they would at some point. The dog was growling at us and terrified so we let him into the car and he took over the car for a little bit because he was growling and wouldn’t let us in. We called again she said that she didn’t know when people were coming but that she would update animal services and said that if we can’t stay to just let him out of the car and leave him. We were able to calm him down and I sat in the car with him for a couple hours in 45 degree weather expecting someone to show up. More hours went by and we called a couple of more times and she couldn’t tell us anything except that she would update the service call. It wasn’t until 3:00am when the dispatch lady finally told me that no one was coming because they don’t send anyone out unless it is an emergency after hours. We waited for 6 hours under the impression that someone was coming to help us. If they were upfront about it from the beginning we would’ve been able to find a solution but they lied and said someone was coming. A really nice animal services officer came at 7:00am to pick up the dog and she was awesome but don’t waste your time with dispatch, they are extremely unhelpful and dishonest.
