Description Florida Aid to Animals is a non-profit minor medical veterinary clinic and low-cost spay/neuter facility serving Brevard County and its surrounding areas since 1989. Our #1 goal is to make proactive, essential pet healthcare affordable for all pet parents and their fur babies. We have two convenient locations - Palm Bay and Melbourne, to better serve you. All appointments must be made by calling your local clinic directly. We are not an emergency vet and therefore do not typically accept walk-ins.

Everytime I think of the care that Dr. Shannon Roberson has shown my boy Julio tears come to my eyes. Her love, care and love for animals shows. Even though, because I’m sure she sees many dogs may not remember him every time, I remember her. I consider myself strong but when it comes to my dog I stress real bad. Ive been bringing Julio to her and at Florida Aid to Animals for over 6 yrs and her attention and love for animals hasn’t wavered. Trying to maintain life as a single dog mom I stress when he’s hurts or sick. I never will forget how she walks in the room with so much attention knowing I’m number 1002 of many. She is such a blessing to the professionalism, advice and care she enters with. For that I’m grateful! When I see her face enter the room, I know instantly she knows her stuff. Thank you Dr. Shannon for always going above and beyond. These dogs are our babies. I’m sure we may over react 😂 but for the 6 years of me going to Florida Aid to Animals you have been the most consistent and caring Veterinarian thus far ❤️🙏🏾 Me and Julio want to thank you!

Found this little girl abandoned and sick at 6 weeks old. I can give her a safe and loving home to grow up in and FL Aid to Animals makes care accessible. Staff has been amazing and they are truly doing a service for the community. Thank you!

I took my chihuahua to get dental care done, knowing she was going to have to have several teeth pulled. I got a phone call a few hours later telling me she came through the surgery fine and could be picked up at three. Here it is 3 days later, and she’s running around like nothing happened. Everyone at Florida Aid to Animals is great with my dogs!

The vets are great! The pricing is competitive.The wait times are long and the peripheral staff should seek employment that does not require interacting with other humans. De Santis signed a bill allowing virtual vet visits this year. If all you need is a prescription. Save yourself the headache of dealing with their staff.
