Asked for help getting gold fish when I entered the store. Waited 20 minutes. A gentleman taking puppy classes needed gold fish also and someone was right there to help. They filled his order first. Tanks are full of ick and serious algy bloom. Tigar barb was swimming around with what apeared to be a string (hoping not a worm) coming from its mouth or lower jaw area. Took pics. Service and care for the animals is the worst I've seen yet.

PetSmart is one of the stores I love to visit. I like the animals and fish in the store. This PetSmart on Florin Road and Stockton Blvd is almost identical to most PetSmart stores in the Sacramento area. The store is spotless. I didn't smell any animal odor at all. The merchandise is very well organized. The adoption center is well maintained. The staff is also friendly and offers assistance. The checkout counter is fast.

Kevin was awesome! It's only my girls second grooming but he took the time to make her feel very comfortable which allowed him to take care of her nails. Trimmed up good she looked fabulous

The cashier with one arm was the greatest! His customer service was I. Pressive. I had a 1 day old kitten that was near death due to starvation. Something happened to it's Mom. I bought some milk replacement and a bottle, but needed to feed baby ASAP! I asked if he could heat it up in their break room and he did!! Sorry , but I didn't catch his name..... it's the one on Florin Rd and Stockton Blvd.

Pet Smart rocks. The customer service is great, and they keep it fully stocked with the pet supplies for my pet. The store has a nice atmosphere and is always clean. Thanks Pet Smart, you rock.
