Easy to make an appointment good for me. Very nice, kind, patient, cats were calm with them, efficient, teach/ advise. They even set appointmentvfor boosters. E-mail directions excellent. Very affordable!! I LOVE this helpful clinic!!!!

Love this SPCA. I volunteer here. Staff and other volunteers are so friendly and knowledgeable. Their love for animals is very evident. They offer adoptions, spay/neuter clinics, kids camps to learn animal education and socialization, and so much more.

I adopted by very first puppy and I took him to the Sacramento SPCA for his neuter procedure. They were so helpful and informative, I received reminder texts and emails containing information that thoroughly explained what to expect on the day of his procedure as well as detailed post-op instructions. Everyone there is so kind and compassionate. It’s evident how much they care about the pet and owner experience.

The volunteers were very friendly when my mom and I went to surrender our small dog due to personal reasons. I could tell they cared for the animals there and I trust that they'll take amazing care of him (our dog) until he goes to a good home. Also, the cat on the chair was very adorable :> I would give a bonus star if I could just for that.

Horrible customer service from the front desk! Had an appointment that was scheduled for a 7am feral cat confirmed directly by the clinic manager herself and I had been receiving emails from their clinic reminding me of the appointment for 2 weeks. When the day of the appointment came the front desk receptionist had an attitude because she couldn’t find my name in the system and told me “You don’t have an appointment so I can not help you” she was so rude and very quick to be dismissive & didn’t try to understand or ask more about the appointment details just straight up kicking me out making me feel like I’m wasting her time. Had to ask for help from the front door volunteer to help me convince receptionist to look into this further once they finished talking she didn’t even make eye contact and just threw a piece of paper my way saying “here” & nothing else explaining what that paper is for just had to figure it out myself.

Was really to get our dog Sassie fixed. I found out that they do discounts for Seniors 65 and over plus military. Wasn't expecting that Everything went great. Just happy with Sassie coming back ok
