My dog was due for a couple of vaccinations but his vet couldn’t get him in on time so I went to VIP Petcare. All the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. My boy Posey is not a fan of the vet office but he did well and the staff were very patient and compassionate with him. I’d definitely go through them again if needed.

I was in a pinch and needed help. The staff was amazing. I called them and left a message because they were busy. They called me back and added me to the online list. The online list was so easy to see and read and the estimated time the lady gave me on the phone was pretty accurate to what the actual time waited was to be seen. I saw the vet even sooner than I had been estimated, which could have been bad if they didn't have such a great system to update me on the time before it would be my turn then alert me about 15-25 minutes before it would be my turn to head to the store. The staff was great, the process was easy, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, I am SO pleased with the experience. The staff was awesome and I will definitely be using them again if I'm in a pinch.

This was my first time at VIP PetCare for an annual adult cat checkup. I came on a Wednesday around 3PM, scanned the QR code to get in line, and was out by 4:30PM (obviously your wait will depend on the patients that day). Customer service was great! Staff was very friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

Excellent vet! Conveniently located inside the pet food Express. The staff is friendly and really good with the animals. You didn't hear one upset animal when I was in there waiting unfortunately, The wait can be very long if you don't scan the QR code right at 2:00 when they open the wait list. I was number four in line and waited approximately an hour+. That was the only downfall. Other than that my animal was happy with them and they were quick and gentle and I will definitely be going back.

The vet team is simply amazing. Everyone genuinely loves their job and the animals they care for. I have brought my dog by for regular vaccines and when he has stomach/diarrhea issues. The team is all hands on deck when my dog is brought in, the doctor takes his time to exam and ask questions. I brought in a fecal sample and they were able to ship it out for testing the same day. The services are so much more affordable than my regular office vet. The location is close to my home. I will always check VIP wellness center availability first before my office vet for non emergency issues.

I had a great experience taking my furry baby girl, Nyla, to the VIP Petcare Wellness Center (Land Park). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the checkup was thorough, and the facility was clean and well-equipped. Overall, I was very impressed with the excellent service that Nyla received.
