I have been with Dewey for years, and their customer service is top notch. Both on the phone and in-person, everyone I have ever encountered is helpful and friendly 100% of the time! In particular, our route person (Jeff), has always been prompt, dependable, knowledgeable, and professional. Jeff’s communication skills and rapport with us really reflect the quality of the people who work for Dewey. It’s such a relief to know not only that I can trust the quality of the product, but also the people who come to my house for regular service. Dewey Pest & Termite Control has great customer service. The Service Technician that came out to assist me was Danny. He was awesome, very knowledgeable, Friendly, and he shared great techniques for me to use to avoid feeding rodents in the future. Danny plugged up the hole, and laid down traps. I was traumatized when I saw the little roden, and Danny was able to calm me down with lots of information. When Danny left, I felt empowered and unafraid.

Dewey does a great job with tough one time problems and with regular prevention services. Took care of rat 🐀 issue under the concrete a/c pad and a rat nest up in a tree. Great work. Call them. ☎️
