Absolutely amazing experience!! We are from out of state. While traveling I found a puppy but was nervous about purchasing without having a vet check. I was so lucky to get an early appointment this morning. Dr. Salinas & his entire staff were incredible. I can’t say enough about how nice & informative they were. Dr. Salinas was very straight forward, didn’t mix words. We appreciated his candor. He even gave a kudos to the breeder for how great the puppy was. Hands down, I would choose them first for any pet needs in the future!
They used to care, and it's sad to see the vet we've gone for years go so far downhill. Snide remarks if you aren't willing to throwing multiple thousands of dollars at them. Seriously, we had spent around $1200 and the vet had zero answers to our cats issue, then when we expressed some understandable frustration they complained that they were working "With our hands tied". The audacity. Last couple times we've taken our pets there they weren't seen by the vet we like, they have random other vets show up. Prescribe medications that they can't get for you, nor can anywhere around or online. Don't prescribe things that we aren't even able to get! We used to love this place but there must be things going on behind the scenes because it's gotten bad.
Terrible. Customer service -1000. The lady at the front who wouldn't give her name immediately stating talking down to me about raw diets and assuming that it was not balanced and when I asked why she would recommend burnt dehydrated processes kibble she canceled the appointment. I made this appointment 3 weeks in advance. When I tried to correct the last that the meals are portioned, ratioed and balanced she canceled the appointment. Wasting my time! Do not go here if you feed raw and are educated about canine diet
Junior our boxer just loves the staff at Campus Commons Pet Hospital, he just gets so excited to go there. He is a happy healthy boxer; and our 4th dog to have received life long care from this pet hospital. That means we have been coming here for a very long time 25+ years now and we would not even consider receiving care from anywhere else. This place feels like home to us and all my dogs have been happy coming here. Thank you for the excellent care you provide our fur-babies.
My kitty Luna has been sick for a little while. I called around and Campus Commons was the first place I could find an opening within the same week. The staff there was super nice and so were the customers from the ones I saw. Dr. Patton was caring but also informative and realistic. She told me it didn’t look good for my sick kitty and that she was sorry to have to tell someone she just met something so sad. She still ran some tests the next few days, and let me know my options (and that it looked better after getting the results). I’m now looking into a specialist but Campus Commons will likely remain my primary care for Luna. Really glad I found this place!
Dr. Patton and her entire staff are always so friendly and helpful. I have been coming here for over 20 years with a number of cats for service from routine to serious and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. They make you feel welcomed and respected.
