Dr. Romero was kind and created a bond to establish trust with my puppy immediately. This impressed me. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Our cat had an infected tooth. We took her into Dr. Dugan and ended up having the tooth extracted. The Doctor and his staff listened to us and were very caring with our cat. We had a scare post surgery thinking she might have had a stroke. The doctor saw her right away, treated an eye cornea issue, provided us drops and we took her home for more rehabilitation. We’re not over the hump yet but we know Dr. Dugan has our back if our cat needs further care.

We love the caring clinic team! Dr. Dugan treats the dogs exactly like the treasured members of the family that they are to me. I have always found them to be affordable and extremely competent in their care. Highly recommend!

Love Dr. Dugan, he's always so good with Bella, and has empathy for her anxiety issues when it's time to come in. He always makes sure he speaks with us directly, either by phone or in person, to tell us how she's doing. The only reason this is a 9 instead of 10 is because this office is priced a bit on the high end. I also wish they had cameras on the little 'cages' so we could check in on her, since she is there all day. Dr. Dugan and the staff are so kind :)

We used CCAH for years and Dr. Dugan was wonderful. But since Covid, you did not get personal service. We called a couple of times concerning our Dachshund Chloe. We had an urgent need where a visit in a day or two would have been reasonable, but they would not see her and recommended the emergency clinic. We should expect better service. We have since changed vets. Also, we recommended Dr. Dugan to out Mother-in-law a couple of years ago. Her past 2 visits, she was over- charged for her services. She asked if they would write a prescription, so she could get the medication cheaper at Costco. They charged her 15.00 for a prescription. How is it that a vet can say buy your medication I prescribe for your pet at my increased prices or pay a premium for me to write you one. So, now my Mother-in-law is looking for another vet.
