Jennifer and David have a genuine appreciation, love, and dedication to preserving, rescuing and properly releasing local wildlife here in our area. They are the only rescue that has never turned us down…. Even right before they closed one evening, David waited up to take in a serious case. They have established systems where they appropriately integrate same species so to provide new family units to prepare for their release (which is extremely sweet and heart warming). Jennifer has also eagerly reported back to us when we asked about how our rescues were doing! It is clear that this small but bustling Rescue is operating out of the kindness of their hearts and my boyfriend and I cannot express our gratitude enough for them! I’ve included photos of our latest lucky squirrely tot! They have put her with others similar to her age like new siblings and will release them together on a safe farm without cats and cats but with no lack of trees to climb 🥰

I took a little squirrel to Coastal Carolina Wildlife Rehab. All though the squirrel's life could not be saved, they took care of this animal immediately. I am very grateful.

I called them four times about my baby bird I found. I left a few voicemails telling them to call me back and they never did. The baby bird did not make it. It was a very tragic death for the bird. It had a seizure and died. Very very sad. But thanks a lot costal Carolina wild life “rehab”. 😐

Found an injured bird in a bush near my house and contacted this rescue. Jennifer and her husband were absolutely wonderful and responded immediately. I dropped off the bird after and they cared for it until it unfortunately died. I’m so happy that they provided pain relief and a peaceful death for the little guy . Thank you for all you guys do ❤️
