We have been with Dineen for over a year, but this is the first time we needed to have our dog go under anesthesia with them. Great experience, all of the staff supportive, informative and friendly especially to our dog. We were updated as soon as the procedure was done and were given comprehensive instructions for post operative care. We appreciated the estimate range we ware given prior to the appointment. They do not have any control over the health of an animal or whether they find teeth that need to be extracted, but our dog was in pretty good shape and the bill was at the very low end of the estimate. Thanks again.

This place has been the best for my two babies. I recently rescued a puppy with mange and a bunch of other problems from being a stray and they have gone above and beyond following up with her, giving me fair pricing, and being there to answer any questions I have. It’s so great knowing that my critters are in good hands anytime something is going on with their health.

These are without a doubt the most incompetent vets in ILM!! They horribly misdiagnosed my kitty and put him on so many steroids he became diabetic with a glucose of 427!! They kept saying it was food allergies and it wasn't!!! I ended up having to euthanize him!!! I'm so heartbroken!! And they couldn't care less!!! Evil and uncaring to say the least!!! Money-grabbers!! Please stay away if you love your fur babies!! It's too late for me!!

I've been going to Dineen for over 20 years and they are wonderful. Not only do they love your pets like you do, they are smart, efficient, and affordable. If there is any problem, they work with you to get it solved. They are also incredibly thoughtful and compassionate if you have to say goodbye to your pet. They were with me every step of the way. *edit* Just recently went through another tragedy and they were, again, the most wonderful people ever.

They took care of my dieing little fur baby. They were very gentle with her and were very nice to me. I was visiting from out of town & my baby girl got sick & they did the best they could to make her well. But she was just too sick. They had taken care of her once before when she broke a nail. I feel like they are a very great place to take your pet!
