I can be a bit of a worrier when it comes to my dogs, so I am always asking a lot of questions and the entire staff is always so understanding and kind. Our dog has been having some issues lately and Dr.Carroll has gone above and beyond to try and help us figure it out. They are all so helpful and wonderful to deal with! The best vet experiences we have ever had!! I will never take my dogs anywhere else.

I used to go to a different vet in the area, but they quoted me thousands of dollars for a tooth extraction, and charged me for a simple checkup. I contacted this vet and the receptionist was beyond kind I was so thankful for her patience and guidance through this difficult process. Over the phone, she and the help of a coworker quoted me SIGNIFICANTLY less for this extraction. I have a checkup for my cat's tooth this week that they said was free and I will schedule surgery with them. So grateful to find this vet.

This is actually 2 reviews because I had to update. My 10 lb poodle was just attacked by a 55 lb black lab. I called the vet, and they were able to squeeze him in THAT DAY and did not charge emergency vet fees and got him feeling better right away! I really can not say enough wonderful things about this place. It really has been THE best experience working with them! Read on for my first review. Great people. Had a hernia repair on our miniature dachshund, and it went great and healed with not scarring! The staff even communicated with us via email when we were paranoid puppy parents freaking out about a very normal and healthy surgery site. They reassured us, and we were able to sleep that night. Very good vet, understanding, and accommodating. They know that fur babies are family, and they run their business that way.

They are so nice and made my dogs feel so comfortable they are really gentle and not pushy like some vets can be and very fairly priced! 200$ for 2 wellness exams 4 shots and anxiety meds for my other dog.❤️🐾

We have a lot of good vets in town, and Cottonwood is one of them. Everyone is incredibly kind, caring and understanding. When I call with questions, I always get a call back from a doctor within a few hours. I can’t say enough good things about Cottonwood.
