I go here all the time & love it! No bad experiences (unless my dog is being a menace). The trainers, cashiers, and groomers are awesome!!

I just left my full cart and walked out because the very rude associate working there. I went up to him to ask if he could help me with the fish and before he knew what I was going to ask he very rudely said “we aren’t selling fish today because we are too short staffed” He said all this as he was just standing around in front of the aquariums with a clipboard. He didn’t even look up at me and when I proceeded to ask about fresh water he said “we must be out of stock”. Didn’t bother to look. I’m so sick of these rude customer service workers. So if you go to Pet Smart in Bozeman, be sure not to bother the guy with the long red curly hair!

I have friends who work here, we take our pup to the vet here and had his first groomer experience here last week. Everyone here is super friendly and the store is very well kept. They do a bit of everything here and I will always give them a 10/10.

Shout out to Sarah. My dogs absolutely love her, and she goes out of her way to buy beef liver treats for my dog that's allergic to chicken. Super sweet and helpful.

I have been shopping at petsmart for many years and they have a large selection of pet products. The grooming services are very good and my dogs always come home pampered and well groomed.

i wouldn't have even put one star if that was an option.. their shipping is horrible! I ordered dog food on aug 2nd and it was finally supposed to be here on the 14th. now the tracking says not until the 17th it's ridiculous to take so long! i will never order from petsmart again!
