I am so glad that I brought my fur baby (Phoebe Ann) to Lakeview. The staff was over the top friendly and empathetic to the symptoms my kitty has been going through. They treated her like royalty and now I hope we are on the path to recovery.

The entire staff (front desk, vet techs, drs, etc.) takes such good care of us. They are empathetic, knowledgeable, and kind. I feel listened to and my questions are answered thoroughly. You can tell what a special place this is just by watching the smiles and interactions among the staff. And my dogs (not pictured) look forward to their visits full of belly rubs and special treats.

We are new to Madison, and recently established care for my 11 year old pup, who is often nervous and reactive. Dr. K and Savannah took more time to patiently get to know her than any vet we have ever seen before. They asked detailed questions about her health and behavior issues, mapped out a full plan, made sure our dog had a chance to get comfortable with their presence, and then they gently approached her and did her exam and vaccinations. It went really well, so much better than my prior experiences with other practices. I am so appreciative of their genuine caring and patience and expertise!
