We absolutely love Central Bark! Handlers are amazing with our dog - we can tell he gets as much love as when he’s at home. We’ve been very happy over the past year with daycare, boarding, grooming, and the trainers (Dog’s Best Friend) that offer classes at this location. Love that they notice what we’re working on with him (sitting before going through a door, not jumping) and practice it with him on the way in and out of daycare. Truly don’t think Bogey could be in better hands - thank you all! ❤️

Our little guy, Tornado, has gone here for daycare for years and has stayed overnight for a few weeks when we traveled. I don't think there are better hands we can leave him in. They are all so great with him, that even when we are gone for a long time he doesn't seem to be phased because he's having so much fun. The team is incredibly great with the pups and they post pictures and report cards often so you know how much fun your pet is having and aren't worried about them. It is also beyond convenient that they offer grooming services and have my pups favorite food in stock in their store so it is a one stop shop. I really appreciate all the great, friendly, and considerate staff here and I know Tornado does too since every time we say "daycare" his tail wags uncontrollably and he runs to the door. Thanks for all you do!

I had an amazing first experience with Central Bark as a Stay n Play! My usual boarding location was all booked up and Central Bark was able to reserve a spot for Missy (despite her being a new pup) with their Stay n Play program. We had lots of updates and pictures and even got a report card for her!! They did not hesitate to reach out when they had a concern and were extremely friendly at drop off and pick up. We will definitely visit them again!!

I have a small 15 lb dog and Central Bark was not a good fit. There aren’t many small dogs to play with, and he would always come home smelling like urine. The only solution for the smell was free baths, which isn’t very healthy for our pup to do every week. He also would also always come home with diarrhea, even after we had asked them to stop giving him treats. He was there for 3 months in hopes that things would get better, but it didn’t. Then they raised their rates and stopped offering a flexible schedule so we had to leave. My puppy always had fun at Central Bark, but it wasn’t good for his health. I wouldn’t recommending sending your dog here for those reasons.

I will not be back. I brought my dog here and the groom was mediocre at best. I called prior when scheduling and asked for an estimate for my 7lb dog. They quoted me around $60 for a full groom. When I went to pay after the appointment the total was almost $100 with tip. My dog’s haircut itself was standard except for the fact that the ears and tail were not cut well. My partner showed them multiple photos of my dog’s normal haircut, specifically ones of just his ears and tail since i wanted them to see how they were cut/ shaped. When my partner picked my dog up, he had edna mode ears and a blunt cut on his tail. Luckily when we asked for them to cut his ears and tail closer to what the pictures looked like, they were able to fix the cut. After speaking with their employee to try and cancel my upcoming appointment, the interaction was unpleasant and difficult. The groom was not worth $100 for a 7lb dog, will not be back.
