I'm bummed they got rid of the salt water fish section! I wonder if it wasn't making enough money... Good thing I don't have a tank anymore cuz I used to go there all the time. Just less pretty fresh water fishes. They are updating guidelines on small pet cage sizes which is good to see.

This place has disgusting aquariums. I wouldn't buy a thing from this place. Their aquarium plants infected my tank, and they sold me 3 snails all which were already dead. I told them they seemed dead as they were way too far back in their shell, but I was told it was fine, they were sleeping.... Well, the shells were empty! and they won't take them back. They say their snails "aren't guaranteed." So, I spent over 20 bucks for a bunch of sludge and 3 dead snails. I won't be back. I then bought 4 snails on Amazon. They were cheaper, sent to my door, all alive, and all with a 30-day guarantee. In other words, eff this place.

We went in to get a new hamster, and I think we got the only one they had. They did not have any cages, any supplies for our new pet or much of anything for us. We ended up going to PetSmart to finish our trip; everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, but I found it very odd you’d sell an animal but nothing to go with it.

We were there for my grandson's birthday party. It was held in a separate room that was nicely decorated. Part of the total experience was a guided tour of the pet store. The tour included opportunities the spend time with and handling a number of different animals including snakes, geckos and kittens.

I usually Love this store. Employees are nice and knowledgeable and they have pretty much everything you need. This time when I went, I went for fish stuff. They had nothing I needed and there isn't an employee who can help in the fish section. They barely had any fish even. Not sure if it was just an off day and waiting for a shipment?

Don’t buy animals from them, I had a gerbil that got really sick from a tumor! And before that my other one had some kind of infection that caused him to die suddenly, and unexpectedly. All of their gerbils are combined in two separate very extremely small enclosure where they had. I would probably estimate about 50 of them in one small space. My veterinarian strongly suggested to never buy/purchase another animal from this pet store ever as well as several other people who own and or know about small rodents strongly agreed to purchase anything from, I have witnessed several animals, cats dogs very hygienic areas I have seen kittens that are completely sick that are on display to be adopted. I have seen birds showing clear signs that they are extremely under stress. I have seen several fish floating at the top of the tank and employees not bothering to care about it. Not to mention, I had no idea how old both of my boys were and they did not bother to tell how old they were. I have no idea how long they were in the pet store nor do I know anything about their DNA. My vet strongly mentioned that depending on its DNA is how common A gerbil can get a tumor
