I wouldn't go anywhere else in Madison. I've been taking my pets here for five years and have always had top notch care. The staff is amazingly friendly, very caring and very knowledgeable. My old lady dog is living her best life thanks to the care and support they have provided. Thank you so much for being here! Love Justin & Breezy !

Wonderful experience with Dr Schroeder and Techs Brea and Steve. They are skilled, kind and compassionate. All are excellent communicators. I have the utmost confidence in them. Melissa who greets us when we arrive is friendly and caring. And the resident clinic animals (sweet Siamese kitty and African grey parrot) are delightful additions. They are all so supportive and helpful as we navigate end of life care for my sweet older dog. I’m so glad we have them!

Going to this vet with our cats, we had a really negative experience. The techs were unable to handle one our our kitties when she was scared and refused to treat her. The other they paid very little attention to and did not listen to my concerns about her current health. This doesn't seem like the kind of place to take cats and we ended up going to another vet who was much better.

Wasn’t happy with the transparency of the clinic. I went into the clinic for a possible UTI check my pet was never tested even though I spoke with other vets and said the symptoms suggested a urinalysis check. Then without asking or my consent my puppy received vaccinations. Was never told about these vaccinations until I saw the receipt. I would have gone through with the vaccinations had they told me but feel it is unprofessional and misleading to do this to a customer especially a new one. I will not be using this clinic as my main vet due to concerns about transparency surrounding my pets health.
