Small and busy location. Good luck getting them to answer your call on the first try. That's definitely something they could work on. The staff are friendly and have treated my pooch very well. The care given has also been wonderful and when you're able to get ahold of them to schedule an appointment, I'm sure it's a breeze but again, the hard part is trying to schedule one. I do love they are open on the weekends and do a fast shot drive thru like. Not sure if that's every Saturday or once a month but you come in between 10am-12p, wait for a little bit, get your shots and leave. They do not do weekend appointments which is disappointing but understandable. That's what the 3 stars come into play.

The staff at the Animart Vet services are great. We got our dog from animart almost two years ago and some of the vets and techs still remember him from when he was a puppy and he absolutely loves them. Everyone I've talked to here has been very friendly and knowledgable.

Caution! They placed kittens out for adoption in the store that had not been tested for feline leukemia. Also, a tech misquoted prices at drive thru vaccination clinic. Wouldn't have mentioned it had I not asked. I have only had 2 visits with them but based on these experiences I would suggest going elsewhere.
