Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a vet. Everyone here really cares about cats and it shows. The exam rooms are designed with cats in mind and it really makes a difference. My kitty had dental work done and I was a nervous wreck the entire time. The staff was patient with me and gave me updates while she was under, which I really appreciated. I had a clerical issue with my bill and it was corrected quickly. Overall wonderful place with wonderful people!

We ran into an emergency where we had to quarantine our cat for 10 days with very short notice. After calling around multiple places in the Madison area, all of which were booked or did not do quarantine, this place went above and beyond. They said they did not normally do quarantines like we were looking for, especially since we weren't a previous customer, but the receptionist talked to the owner and they made an exception for us out of kindness. In a time of stress, the Cat Care Clinic took the burden off us and quarantined Twinkie. She was required to do 3 check-ups during the 10 days and was treated very well. We were not originally told we could visit, but they made an exception once again and allowed us in during her check-ups. This was especially helpful to me since Twinkie is somewhat of a therapy cat for me and it made me anxious knowing she was going to be alone for 10 days. She was treated very well during the entire time. We are incredibly grateful for the time, patience, and generosity that both us and our cat were shown. I could not recommend this place more.

Dr Kelton is maybe one of my favorite humans. She referred to one of my cats as "a person," which SHE ABSOLUTELY IS, and I'm very grateful to have a very who recognizes that. 😂 The whole staff has gone above and beyond to get me and my herd through a very difficult time recently. I've struggled emotionally with a new diagnosis and the lifestyle changes that go with managing it. I felt like cat care clinic was there to support my cats (the sick one AND the healthy ones) but they were also very supportive of me as a human. Yes, they're pricey but I'll still recommend them until my face turns blue.

Cat Care Clinic is the only place I trust with my baby. After having a frightening experience with another Madison vet, Dr. Kelton saved the day. Dr. Kelton and really all the staff (including the boarding folks) truly care for my cat. They always follow up after he visits (medical appointments and boarding). They are so accommodating and make me feel less crazy for being obsessed with my feline. Update: We still LOVE Dr. Kelton. Best vet ever! Can't wait to see the new clinic on Odana. Update 2: The new location on Odana is so chic! You can tell the office and rooms were designed with cats in mind. As always, the staff is so friendly. Dr. Kat was amazing with my two kitten additions.

Dr. Kelton and her staff are incredible! During a crazy busy weekend I was told by over 10+ emergency vets in Dane county that I would need to drive over an hour away from home to get my 11 year old cat an exam for his debilitating pain. Because Dr. Kelton had extra time on a saturday, she saved his life. She went above and beyond to care for him during that inital visit and consult my family on how to proceed with medical care for Osiris over the next few days, and even a 2nd visit when he experieced another blockage. When he was scheduled and went through surgury at a different emergency facility, she called to confirm the good news post-op. Her team frequently called with updates on his status and mood, and he recieved high praise for being such a good boy. I cannot thank them enough for saving Osiris, we are so so so grateful ❤️.
