Billy's Loving Cats is run by a local guy who takes care of a few outdoor cat colonies, including TNR, vet/medical, foster and adoption, besides feeding and providing shelter for them. I was looking for a cat to adopt and wanted a cat that would be a good fit for my current cat who had just lost his sibling. He recommended a cat from his main colony for two reasons; because he would be a good fit personality wise and because he needed medical attention. He truly knows (and loves!) all of his colony cats. Because of him, my new cat is the perfect fit for my household, happy and healthy, and best friends with my resident cat.
