They were very good with my boy! Super friendly staff and very informative! My only complaint was when I brought him home I noticed poop that was impacted on his tail that was not there when I dropped him off. I understand that they are busy and do hundreds of dogs/cats a day but it would have been nice for them to sterilize and clean his tail after being neutered.

This place is great, they love your babies just as much as you do, they care and they take good care of your fur babies, I have been going to them way,way back, I'm on a very tight budget and this place helps with price, I love this place being here to help take care of fur babies, GOOD JOB HUMANE OHIO....Photos are some of my babies that's been fixed by them the last 3 years

My rescue cat was supposed to be already neutered but his behavior and smell told me he was not. He was even vetted by my veterinarian and he also thought he was neutered. But I made him an appointment and you found that he was cryptorcid ( testicals never dropped) and successfully corrected that. He is a different cat! No more male cat behavior or smell or standoffish attitude He is now a playful charming companion. Thankyou so much!!!

I have 8 cats, I have brought 5 cats here so far, and have 2 more going in soon. I could not get the appointments to line up for my 2 new kittens who are boy and girl because they didn't have any spots left for females the day I made my boys appointment. So I called and spoke with the absolute nicest guy, Tom, who helped me get a date set up that worked for both kittens, and I just loved his attitude. The workers here are amazing, they call when they are concerned and make sure you know everything is ok, they are so kind and gentle, and you cannot beat the price. I'd say the only downside is the long lines, but hey, what are you gonna do. They rock at getting you in and out quickly, the only issues I've seen are caused by the pet parents who think they can do whatever they want. I will forever use this place for my pets, and I will continue telling everyone I know how awesome they are. Thank you Humane Ohio for taking such great care of my fur babies.

They offer lower cost spay & neuter services! Their process is well organized and efficient. Plus they offer a number of other services on the day of - such as nail trim, flea treatment, etc.. So bring extra money if you’d like to add on. Great service at about 1/3 of what a private vet may charge.

So.... once again I'm trying to make appointments for strays I'm paying to fix . I keep calling trying to get appointment. Been months and months. Was told go on website at noon and fill out application. IT doesn't give you an app. Just says to fill one out .what kind of stupid games are you playing. I'll let them just keep breeding. I'm not putting up with your crap anymore. Shame on you. Someone else needs to take over. I'm absolutely mad. After 5 months of trying to get appointment to get strays fixed I get call from humane saying one has flees do I want to pay get treated I said yes. She came back just as infested. They didn't clip ears they cut hole top of ears off. Been trying to get other 3 fixed but after months of trying to get appointment,was told two days before first then 23 then on first always different story,I give up . You need run better business! Horrible service.
