I had a really excellent experience with AmbuVet after my dog Charlie had a medical emergency and needed to be transported from a local vet to the Animal Medical Center across town. They were so flexible and accommodating when I was trying to coordinate his transfer and didn’t know exactly when he would be released. They then were incredibly helpful when I was trying to figure out how to get him back home a few days later. And they even called a few weeks after everything to follow up on his care. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were well-equipped to handle a true emergency situation.

Don and his staff are really professional and caring of your pet. I have a 201 pound mastiff 11.5 years of age and not mobile. Don transported him for me and he it was a very good experience for my dog and myself. He made himself available for us when we were in desperate need. I highly recommend him.

We needed help for our 86lb Samoyed post leg surgery. He is a nightmare in a car. I called Ambuvet and from the first call was blown away by the professional, competent and caring team I reached out to. They communicated each and every step of the way with me and multiple veterinary practices as we had to transport our boy from one place to another. Thorough. Trustworthy and just good people who know their craft. The veterinary hospital sang their praises from previous experiences as well as this one. Thankful to have found them and thankful for ensuring our pup got the transport care he needed and we got the support we needed. Highly recommend.

Don is as professional, caring, and genuine as they come. He was responsive, reliable, and reassuring. He was everything you could want when your in an emergency situation. But wait, there’s more. He could have dropped off our dog at the hospital and left. Instead, he came in and made sure I was ok and recapped the ride. Today - 5 days later - Don called to follow up and make sure that our dog Diego was ok. It’s people like Don that restore your faith in humanity and make you wonder how you could ever repay the kindness that he showed to a perfect stranger. Thank you, Don and Ambuvet.

We live in Hoboken Nj and our dog chico needed to be transported 45 mims away on oxygen. Ambu Vet was amazing. Don was great he kept us informed along the way and even sent us a photo to let us know chico was ok. He then called the next day to get an update on Chico’s status. He and the service is a God Sent to pet owners. If you have a crisis or emergency. I highly recommend.
