Description Forest Hills Cat Hospital was founded in 1974 by Dr. Jay Luger. In the mid 1970′s the idea of a cat’s only hospital was revolutionary because small animal practices were primarily dog-centric. During that period there were less than a handful of feline only practices. Nowadays there are more than 200 feline only practices in the US. Our special “No Bark” environment is designed to lower the stress levels of our feline patients. We are a team of Cat Specialsits that treat each of our patients with the utmost compassion and care. Every client and patient is our family!

The best Vet Dr. Sheheri, Assistants Theresa and Liz we have ever encountered. Our cats were traumatized and frightened and they were able to calm, examine and give them their vaccines. We’re so happy with the care we received. I would recommend the Cat hospital to everyone, but especially scaredy cats!

I rescued a 2 month old kitten and brought it in to get checked out. My experience could not have been better! I wish medical personnel for humans were as kind and gentle and respectful. Everyone from the front desk to the vets was amazing! Thank you. Mylo has been adopted and is in a loving home.

Forest Hills cat hospital is wonderful for cat care, both routine and sick visits. Their boarding is also wonderful! My wife and I took in a stray a few years ago and they not only gave Goldie much care that he needed (he had a growth in his ear that needed to be removed, among other things), but also gave us many tips and help as this was our first cat. Goldie does not like being boarded and away from home, but they have a wonderful setup and he always comes home happy. The care and staff at Forest Hills Cat hospital are all first class!

This is a great veterinary clinic for cats, especially those that don’t do well around dogs like mine! Everyone is caring and informative, and the decor is very welcoming for cat lovers. The prices are very fair for office visits and there is a loyalty program to cut the costs even more. Overall, I will be staying at this clinic for the long term.

This was the first time my cat was seen by Dr. Sheheri. I had a positive impression of her knowledge and she spent a good amount of time with us, clarifying things. I consider it a big plus the fact to be allowed to stay in the examination room during the visit! The young lady at the front desk (I should know her name) is the sweetest and the most well-mannered receptionist I've met in this clinic. Another plus!
