I cannot recommend this vet office enough! Their office is clean and very efficient which is helpful in getting my pets in and out with minimal stress. Their hours also are so helpful in allowing us to schedule appointments that don't interfere with our work schedules. The office is easily accessible, and I love how quickly we can get medications from the pharmacy if needed. The staff is always thoughtful and responsive. There are always small personal touches that make me feel like they really care for our animals. My cat is typically pretty healthy, but can be quite difficult to handle. Dr. Hommel and the vet techs always do a great job handling her and managing her stress despite her obvious dislike for the vet. Dr. Hommel and the vet techs are always thorough and take their time to answer any of my questions. My senior dog had quite the history before we adopted him, and therefore he has had some issues that we've been getting addressed with Dr. Coleman. We fostered him for about 9 months before his adoption and we had been struggling to manage his allergies and had some other concerns. Right off the bat, Dr. Coleman listened to all of our concerns and identified issues that should be dealt with right away. She created a plan to deal with everything. We learned so much from her and began treating our dog's allergies right away. He improved almost immediately and Dr. Coleman was there to support us as we dealt with everything. He's since been able to get some of our other concerns taken care of. Dr. Coleman always takes the time to educate us on the issues our dog has, how she's treating the issues, and why she's implementing each treatment. Our dog has really improved tremendously thanks to Dr. Coleman. Overall, this office does an excellent job at making us and our pets feel valued. We always leave with peace of mind that our animals have received the best care possible. Each treatment and the associated cost seems reasonable and nothing is ever pushed on us. We always get an estimate before any treatment happens, so there are never any surprises. We have never felt rushed or dismissed by any of the staff. It's evident they really, really care about their animals. From reception to vet techs to vets this office is PHENOMENAL! I would highly recommend anyone with a pet to take their pets here for quality care!

Team was so kind, helpful and informative. They were transparent with pricing from the start of the visit and allowed me to pick and choose the exams and vaccines we could afford at the start of the visit. It really put our minds at easy. They were also so loving and patient with our dog. Great experience

Always a good experience with the staff here at Art Museum Veterinary Center. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very transparent. I would recommend all of my Philly friends send their pets here.

This is the best vet my dog has been in 13 years. Today was her (Reeses) 1st visit and from the front desk, the techs and the Vet (Dr. Hope) the experience was truly amazing. The office is very clean, the staff is super friendly, they answered all my questions and explained in details. They showed compassion and you can they all love animals. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who want the best care for their pets.

This is the best vet that I have been to. I have 3 cats and a dog, all of them go here. My dog is dog aggressive and sometimes people aggressive and the first time we went the vet sat on the floor and just spoke with us. She wanted to make Archer (my dog) feel comfortable. The next time I went with Archer they saw that I was extremely anxious about her biting or snapping at people and offered to take her to the back to do the checkup with a muzzle. Archer came back with no muzzle smiling a big goofy smile. They joked that they had no idea what aggression I was talking about because she seems so happy and sweet. I’ve never had a vet that also takes into consideration the families feelings like they do. One of my cats has had a skin problem almost all of her life and was extremely uncomfortable because of it. After our first visit they made a food change and BAM it’s like she’s another cat. She runs and plays and snuggles and has no more skin problems. My other cat, Libby, has digestion problems. I recently reached out to make another appointment because his food hasn’t been agreeing with him. They had an almost immediate response and when they called back I was at work and couldn’t talk. The person on the phone offered to email. They have been emailing me back with steps and options that they suggest and answering my (probably too many) questions with so much patience. When I couldn’t find Libby’s new food on chewy they offered me two ways to get it through the vet. I have been to several different vets since I’ve had my animals and none of them compare to art museum vet. Thank you to all who work there for taking such good care of the animals and their families. It means so much.

I cannot speak highly enough about everyone at art museum vet! The vets, vet techs, and receptionists are all phenomenal. My Remi girl has seen Dr. Coleman, Dr. Hommel, and Dr. Grislier and she adores them all. She gets SO excited we when walk up to the door to see her friends there, no matter how sick she’s feeling. She absolutely knows they really care and that they always make her feel better! The vet techs and receptionists are always willing to answer my many questions as an anxious dog mom. They are super responsive and quick in forwarding any in depth questions or photos to the vets and getting back to me. I trust the expertise of everyone there and have no doubt they have my puppy’s best interest in mind. I’ve been going here for over 3 years and they have always been caring and thorough in their exams and spot on in their treatments - for any illnesses or injuries. Remi and I are so grateful for them! They help to keep my little floof smiling and healthy 😄 and I would highly recommend to anyone in the Philly area!
