Zack is the groomer I use for my pet, Marlo. Marlo has some separation anxiety issues, however, he goes willing and is fine when he is left with Zack. He has a calming way and makes Marlo feel secure and safe. Zack also does a wonderful job of grooming him. He listens to what I want done and is always conducts himself in a friendly and professional manner.

My dog sees Zach at the Passyunk store and he always handles her great. She has tight, curly poodle hair and he always handles her haircut well and has helped me with ways to brush her.

Great customer service! I think his name was Billy, but he gave me great advice on which cat food I should get. It didn't feel like he was trying to make a sale off of me, it just felt like a natural conversation. This location's a bit larger than the other stores. Great on supplies and healthy food. You can pet the dogs up for adoption there which is hands down the best part of going there!

The staff here are so kind and helpful. Also, they typically have dogs for adoption, and you can visit them and take them for a 30-minute walk. I was never pressured to adopt them, just thanked for giving them some exercise.
