My husband and I agreed that it was time to adopt but with my cancer treatments, we knew we needed a calm, low maintenance dog. The selection process was low-pressure, very thorough and informative for us both. Meg helped us choose Lyra - a beautiful calm Saluki from Bahrain and when we found out she had some health issues, the program jumped right in to offer support, flexibility and whatever we needed to be sure she was taken care of. Lyra has become my husband's best friend through my illness and she adds so much joy and happiness to our lives. From application, to adoption, and now post-adoption. Meg and Bobbie, along with the vet staff, have all been incredibly communicative, supportive, and helpful not only in ensuring that we got a dog that fit our needs but nearly a year later, they're continuing to invest time and energy and effort to make sure we're still doing well. Everyone at the facility, is incredible and we couldn't recommend them more.

I just boarded my greys here for a week. The boarding facilities were very clean - the indoor crates were roomy with a raised bed covered by a thick blanket, outdoor runs were large, airy, & clean. The staff truly seemed to care about my dogs, asking questions to be sure that they were cared for properly. When I picked my greys up, the staff gave me a full report on their boarding experience, they even loved on my puppers one final time before we left. My dogs actually seemed to like them, even my shy boy. This has been the first time my greys have not seemed stressed or sick after boarding. I highly recommend NGAP/Dutton Road boarding facilities!

We got two of our dogs here over the years. David Wolf is a good man. Bobby & Barb are dedicated long-time employees. Thank God for the work they do. Also, have to give props to the attached Dutton Road Veteranary Clinic. They do good work as well.

Im under the impression its not a walk in welcome type of place. **We are still currently going through the adoption process this is just my initial impression***. I drove an hour and walked in. I was not greeted at all. No one was around to help or acknowledge me. I went into a door that said greyhound adoption and it was empty. I thought I walked into a room i wasn't supposed to. I went to the vet down the hall to ask where to go and someone directed me to the room I just walked out of. So I stood outside till I got the attention of one of the kennel workers who didn't even know what I was supposed to do. (She was new, so understandable) The girl told me I could check out the dogs while they look for someone who could help me. A hlf hour passes and the girls say shes probably at lunch ... ok fine I'll wait ... 2 hours go by and I was repeatedly told that she had to be here but they dont know where she is. Eventually after waiting 3 hrs and having an hr drive home I gave up and left. That being said my boyfriend and I filled out the application and sent in our application fee anyway, Our references were called quickly, and were now on the waiting list. **Update: loved bobby (the lady they were looking for) went back to try again and now we have the most perfect girl in our lives. She does this process to attract only serious adopters**

I always love going here with my dog. They still have covid protocols in place. The assistants are very good handling the dogs. I have never had a problem here, my dog also loves it there, he loves walking around grounds smelling all the new smells. 🐾❤

Non profit who saved my cats life, gave us 6 extra months with our dog. Had surgeries there, I had 2 prices, 5000 and 7000, Dutton did it for 700! And my cats been perfect. They've been our vet for years. All top doctors and you don't wait long at all. I recommend to everyone. They care about saving animals and not the money!
