Description We are Philadelphia's premier dog care club. Located in the heart of Northern Liberties, we make life easier for our members by taking care of your pup when you travel, need a break, or want to see your dog socialize and make friends. We have the region's only full-size, in-ground outdoor pool for your pet to play in, and we add activity after activity (and rest breaks!) to make sure your pup spends the day stimulated but not overwhelmed. Your dog's safety is left to a revolving door of under-trained short time employees. Employees are forbidden from providing negative information in daily report cards; you probably won't know anything's wrong until you pick up your dog and find new wounds and bites. The new owners are completely absent, we haven't seen either of them (or their two dogs) since the middle of 2023, though we were 3-4 day a week customers. The pool looks like a nice amenity, but it's not worth your dog's safety, and it was hardly open in 2023 anyway. The business looks like its in real decline.

I have been bringing my dog Lula to Paw Club since I moved to Philly in August, and we both could not be more pleased! Lula is always well taken care of and comes home completely tuckered out from a day of fun with her friends. I can check in on her at anytime from work using their cameras and they also provide a detailed report card daily. I have also utilized the over night boarding and never had any issues, as the staff really treats each pup like their own. Marina and Mike are lovely and responsible owners, who are super flexible and can work with you on a plan that suits your needs.

My girl has been going here since she was a puppy (she is now 4) and we LOVE it here! She literally drags me to the door every time we pull up. We really appreciate the daily report cards and photos. The owners are amazing people too

Best doggie day care ever! Our pup has been attending this daycare for years. We have been to many daycares in the city and this one is by far the best. The facilities are huge, I love that my dog gets to runaround with his pals and be outside whenever he wants. Also the owners and staff here are amazing, they care so much about every dog here and I always feel safe leaving my dog in there care. Highly recommend checking out paw club!

Very disappointed!!! My family had to go to a funeral today in Baltimore, so we decided to let our dog - HENNESSEY attend daycare...full day pass. One of the workers texted my husband about 30 minutes after we dropped HENNESSEY off. The text stated that our dog was injured by another dog...she also sent a photo. Hennessey had a bite/scratch inside his month. Hennessey is a 100 pound German Shepherd. Thank God he has been trained to attack ONLY on command. The worker said the dog that bite/scratch Hennessey was a small dog. The worker also stated that the incident was not Hennessey's fault...the other dog initiated the incident. The mark in Hennessey's mouth was bleeding, so we called our vet to get an appointment. The worker stated that the supervisor would call us call today. Did she call? No! In fact, my husband and I stopped by the Paw Club at 5:30pm to speak to the supervisor. She had NO CLUE about the incident...not aware of the incident. We asked about the protocol when this happens...she could not give us an answer. She advised us to contact the owner. I just sent him an email....asking him to contact us. I should have trusted my gut about this place...Hennessey would whine and cry before entering the building. In fact, he would try leave the building when we entered. I feel guilty for sending him to the Paw Club. I hope Hennessey forgives us!! .wadropped off this morning

This is the best doggy day care I've ever experienced. Our dog is a bit high energy (German Shepard/Husky) and we were worried they wouldn't accept him based on his size and energy level. Not only do they have an incredible staff, but the space is incredible. You can watch your dog have an awesome time via the cameras and they provide a full report card at the end of the day that outlines who they played with, their bowl movements (!), and overall notes on the day. Our dog loves to swim in the in-ground puppy pool, but yours might like hanging with like-sized dogs in their other break-out areas. It's dog heaven, personalized to your dog. We're so grateful for this amazing place to give our dog some much needed play and socialization!
