Checking in and out is always a breeze. The Front Office staff are always so welcoming and friendly. My dog has high anxiety around other dogs and they’re always nice enough to find us a room if he starts to get rowdy. The Vet Techs are patient and take detailed notes. The Vet’s are patient and knowledgeable really explaining the issue. They know my pet and treat him so well. I always feel comfortable when they have to take him for testing. I trust them. His eye surgery was done here and it healed so well. Just an all around great place with great staff. Great experience! I have been coming to Art City since I adopted my cat Portia 6 years ago, and I've always had great experiences. Staff is so kind and friendly, and they always listen to my concerns. Dr. Tassoni was so sweet with Portia and kind to me as we went over my concerns. And the vet tech whose name I think was Katie was SO friendly as well. And Portia thanks them both for taking care of her and giving her lots of treats (but mostly the treats).

We had a great first visit with our recently adopted rescue dog. He can be unpredictable at times and the staff was very attentive to his needs. They made sure to ask us what would be best to make our boy as comfortable as possible. They were very loving and caring and we couldn't have had a better experience. This will be our primary vet. Every staff member we ran into were happy to chat with us and give our dog some pets. They went above and beyond to make him (and us) feel comfortable and have a good time. I didn't get everyone's names but the receptionists, staff, tech and doctor were awesome. The staff!!! The small talk and love for our boy and overall vibe were amazing. From reception to techs to doctors, they were all amazing.

Everyone I interacted with were welcoming and friendly and professional., as usual. Dr Glantz takes the time to answer all my.questions thoroughly and gives well informed recommendations and care options based upon his own client experiences and the latest academic research. He's a pragmatic, honest and caring veterinarian and I have always held his knowledge and opinions in high regard. ACV is accommodating and provides excellent service in a pleasant environment. I'm also impressed with what ACV does for the animal welfare community! It's easy to see everyone is dedicated to the animals you care for

I'm happy that pets for life referred me to art city vets because Dr. Wilson did an amazing job with removing the mass my Zoey had on her ears . Zoey is doing so good and more happier now . Before and after pictures

Very friendly service. This was my first time here. All of the staff are welcoming and you can really tell that they care about the animals in their care. I would highly recommend especially if you’re new to the area and looking to find the best care for your pet. My cat was very nervous because of the new environment but, the staff were very gentle and patient with him. The veterinarian was knowledgeable and kind. The facility is very clean and they have one of the cutest waiting areas I’ve seen. I also like that aside from the wellness clinic, they have an urgent care!
