I just got a puppy for the first time ever. I researched vets around my area and really liked this place. I'm so glad I came here. It is so beautiful and clean and all the staff is really nice. We went through my (short) puppy history and I got to ask a bunch of questions about vaccines and grooming supplies. Later that week I needed to go to the ER and they referred me to their preferred places nearby. You get a 50$ discount for the first time you go for a visit! Update! It's 2024, over a year since I started bringing my puppy here. We continue to come here to have her vax updated and whenever we have had an issue. This is also the place where I spayed my dog and will continue to come to keep my pup happy and healthy!

Had a visit this morning for my cat. Beautiful facilities, very well run, incredibly furnished. Dr. Barclay was an utmost professional and treated my cat with warmth and kindness, making sure he was comfortable. Best of all, however, was Nurse Ana's service - she was incredibly kind, compassionate and just so helpful and patient with us. She helped soothe the spirits of both my cat and myself, and turned what would have been a scary visit into a pleasant experience. So happy to have had her help this morning. I've kept pets for over a decade and she's the best nurse I've ever met. Thank you again Ana, truly.

While there are areas that could use improvement, as is the case with any business, I appreciate the genuine care they provide for pets. Their ability to work effectively with animals is commendable. When I visit this vet, my dog feels right at home, as if he knows everyone there. Although my pet hasn't been seen by any other vet in the office, I'm impressed by the director's extensive knowledge, and I always look forward to our upcoming appointments.

Was able to make a same-day appointment and figured I'd just come to get a checkup for my dog after we moved from LA to NY. The vet, vet techs and staff were so kind, so prompt and really helpful. My dog clearly figured out where we were after a few minutes but any nerves were squashed by all of the generous disposing of treats. They took time explaining and showing me how to administer ear meds to my dog, which I have never done before. I left feeling like we hit the jackpot on vets! Glad to have found All Ears and check this to-do task off my list!

We had our first Vet visit yesterday at All Ears Veterinary and it was beyond great. Place is very clean and neat and staff is very polite and helpful. Dr. C checked on my cat and was very great treating him, she listened to us and answered all our doubts and questions. Definitely this is my place to go from now on to get my cat checked.

I genuinely had such an awesome experience at All Ears Veterinary. I have an extremely busy schedule and it’s often hard to schedule exams/visits for my Maltipoo but All Ears created a hassle-free same day visit for me while I had the time. Customer service and communication was very thorough! Thanks to all the staff that play a part in making this process seamless in the stressful city of NYC! I highly recommend this place!
