I can not thank God enough for the staff here. I had to say goodbye to my baby Mooshu last night and they went over and beyond to give him the best care possible. Everything happened so fast and unexpected and they were so professional and gentle with us. The kindness, patience and care that they showed both of us... It is truly evident that they care about their work, people’s feelings and the animals. They gave care with love. My heart is so broken but I am so grateful that if his life had to end it ended there. The doctor (I can’t recall her name) was absolutely amazing and the BEST most kind doctor I have ever experienced, even while being treated myself as a human. SHE WAS THE BEST and I’m so grateful. This would have been so much harder without this team. I highly recommend this office. This was my second time bringing my pets to Heart of BK and both experiences were pleasant. Even with the loss of my baby I am grateful for them.

Good atmosphere, pleasant and friendly staff, the veterinary answered all of my concerns in a professional manner. They treated my puppy as if he was a part of the family. I would totally recommend taking your pet there.

Not professional. They were very slow to get us results that were crucial. We had to keep calling. The vet would send email results when the situation was dire and then was rude and cold when they did call back. We ended up needing to go to the emergency vet where they took the situation much more seriously, unfortunately it was too late and we sadly lost our cat. While nothing could have been done even when we went here they could have investigated more and shown care and compassion. They could have saved us waiting till the situation was extremely dire to figure out what was wrong.

My dog was treated with empathy, love and compassion. he was in pain and the staff was gentle with him. A couple of days later, he is greatly improved giving me confidence that the diagnosis was correct and we are on the path to healing!

Dr.Koo and Imani was amazing and so sweet towards my fur baby !! This was Bree’s first time at this vet since he’s only 5 months and they treated him with care and was patient and informative! They even gave free samples of flea and tick medicine and trimmed his nails !!!
