Update - 2/13/24 - had to visit again with my other bunny. Again a great experience. Dr. Waltz is truly a delight. She takes all the time in the world to listen and doesn’t make you feel silly for asking questions. All the staff are super sweet. Absolutely wonderful. After going to many different vets in the Kansas City area, this is the one! So friendly and welcoming, and you can tell Dr. Waltz truly cares about the well being of your pet. Very thorough and does not rush you when you have questions. If you have a rabbit, come here! Comet approves!

Dr. Waltz is a wonderful Vet. She is kind and gentle with our bunnies. We took one of them in on a Sat. and her husband came on to help. They spent an extra amount of time with our bun and getting her taken care of. I would refer anyone to her for taking care of their pet.

I wish we'd known about you all earlier, but I want everyone to know that during our precious Norweigan Elkhounds end-of-life scenario, when our primary vet was closed (a Saturday), I called Family Pet to put our dog down. They allowed extended family to come in, gave us all the room we needed to say goodbye & even shed some (sincere) tears with us. You are all over-the top amazing. Thank you!!!

When my Chihuahua was attacked by a neighbor's Pit Bull, they stayed late on a Friday to perform the surgery. They were so kind and excellent, and I wasn't even a client yet! Even more, it cost a fraction of what I expected! All my visits since have been great, and they are always reasonable and fair with costs...

Caused me to loose my puppy due to them claiming they where confident it’s time to remove them/ it , They cant tell a straight story on what was the reason or cause they also kept the pups that survived if there were any due to them not sharing sonogram or Xray wit me , Take yo bulls somewhere else if you love them
