I thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to My Pet!!! I heard of it and was recommended by Hannah, one of your employees, who is also my neighbor!!! The cheese on the lick pad was a new experience for Barney, and he wasn’t quite sure what to do with it!!! It did distract both of us while we waited for the doctor. Our tech did an amazing job on cleaning his infected ears and he was much happier!!! Our vet was so awesome and I really appreciated that she got right down on the floor, on Barney’s level, to examine him and interact with him!!! All in all it was a great experience and I was taught quite a bit by both doctor and tech!!! A bit pricey, but it was worth it for the service my Barney received!!!

We've been taking our brood to My Pet's for a few years now, and I've got nothing but great things to say. Almost all of our animals are seniors and/or have a special need and not only does My Pet's provide compassionate care, they also understand that most people have budget constraints. I never leave the office feeling like I've been overcharged, which has been the case with other providers. I also especially like that my animals see the same vet at each appointment. It makes it easier to stay on top of my furry friends' ever-changing needs as they get older. Finally, I've boarded my animals there for weeks at a time, with no issues. My Pet's is the best in town!

After 10 years of loyalty to My Pets Animal Hospital, my trust has been profoundly shaken by a recent heartbreaking experience. When faced with an emergency involving my beloved Sadie, I reached out during business hours for immediate assistance. Despite the urgency, I was told that my situation did not qualify as an emergency because they were already attending to another dog that had undergone CPR that day. The only option they gave me was to wait for the fallowing day. So I sought urgent care elsewhere, ultimately leading me to an animal hospital for Sadie's final hours. It is devastating to realize that after a decade of reliance and trust, the welfare of my fur baby could be sidelined in what was their time of greatest need. Not only did this refusal to provide timely care cost invaluable time, but it also showed a disheartening level of inflexibility and lack of compassion during a pet owner's worst moment. To bring Sadie home only for her to pass away in the early hours of the next morning is a pain I struggle to articulate. I urge My Pets to reconsider how emergencies are evaluated and handled. Flexibility, empathy, and a willingness to adjust schedules in crisis situations should be the cornerstone of any veterinary practice. It's not just about treating animals; it's about supporting families through their most challenging times. How you treat your customers and their beloved pets, especially in emergencies, reflects the heart and soul of your practice. I hoped for better, for Sadie deserved better." The whole staff are caring, loving professionals that truly care about your pet. My dog is no longer afraid to go to the vet. He loves Dr. Donna so much. It's the best care team ever! 💙

My Pet's has been the best choice for my dog crew. I brought two task trained service dogs to Dr Donna, several years ago; after several traumatizing visits with a former practice. From the first visit she had a verbal picture of my unique SD's needs. Her use of Eastern and Western gives me the ability to try and stay as natural as possible in their care. I've always had great experiences with My Pets and Dr Donna. Even with difficult situations they have been kind, caring and supportive.
