We have been coming to Cleveland Heights Animal Hospital for 35 years. The staff, nurses, and doctors are friendly, caring, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for the BEST vet in Lakeland to pay them a visit. Our ROGER loves them there, and the feeling is mutual!

We had a pet emergency with our Chihuahua after she was attacked. They met us at the door and took her right back and we're so extremely communicative and kind. They cut their lunch to help us with our Lilly! We are extremely appreciative and grateful for such an amazing staff! They are above and beyond phenomenal and made a really bad thing into something we could feel confident about dealing with! Thank you all again for being the best clinic we have ever been to with our furbabies!!

This clinic and its staff are amazing! Today, we were greeted and treated by 3 wonderful people: Dara, Christa & Jessica. I am a newer mom to a great Dane pup & at times have concerns if I'm doing everything correctly. They reassured me that I was and gave me advice on my fur baby's care. Had my first visit with them yesterday and I have to say I'm probably never going anywhere else! They are amazing! Not only did the vet treat our new rescue pup so caringly and didn't recommend spending money on unnecessary tests (or try to sell us stuff we didn't really need) she kept the bill low and still provided the best treatment. She and her staff also helped when my 2 year old had a mini melt down. They brought out colored pencils, paper and stickers so she could color, and the Dr. even played with her. Absolutely amazing people here! They took great care of both my babies! Thank you guys, you've got a customer for life!

What a wonderful experience we had! My pup was really struggling with skin allergies, and we were able to get a quick appointment the same day that I called in! The staff and doctor were extremely kind and accommodating! The friendly atmosphere made our visit so relaxing, and this made such an impact on me, I will continue to use Cleveland Heights for all of my pets needs!! 🙏🏻

I want to thank Dr Washburn and the staff for the loving care of my 7yr old cat Bing on Mon July 24th. Thank you for not giving up on him and taking steps to make him better. Bing had not eaten for 6 days and was vomiting a lot. For being an indoor cat we have no idea what made him sick except he was playing with a tiny toad a few days before he became ill. He is not known to get into stuff at all. With the tests,fluids given,antibiotic, naseau injection and the kindness and love 2 days later he is eating a little. I called a t 7am Mon. he was seen at 10am. Thank you all so much. Linda and Bing Clawsby
