I've been going here for years! Have recommended to family and friends and have had good experiences here. We trust then with the care of our 14 yr old Boston, golden retriever, and French Bulldog puppy. I like that they take the time to know your animal. Thank you!!!

Several years ago I lost my dearest husband to cancer. I have always rescued but I recently got a new puppy for companionship. The staff Claus paws have been kind and patient with helping me navigate life with my new puppy. The staff and doctors listen to all my questions and concerns. They answer me and make sure I feel reassured. My puppy is always excited when we arrive at the clinic, she gets excited to see all the staff members. They alway make it easy to make appointments. The app is a nice feature also, I can ask question, check status and even upload photos.

Unprofessional doctors, which just wasting your money and time. Was going to this clinic continuously with dog stomach issue for one year and kept spending money on their tests and treatments. The last thing was that Dr. ANGELA WHEELER without explanation took a useless test which cost us $75 and when we asked for refund they made up a story about our dog health, didn’t return money and didn’t even apologize.

I would give less that one star if possible. Ever since Dr Claus passed away this establishment has gone down hill. They said they would shave my cats sides and back for his Matted hair. That's all they were supposed to do and yes while we accept they aren't groomers, OMG they gave him a "lions trim" they call it, and left half his side hair there. He looks awful. They said he wasn't liking getting shaved and while that was probably true, it's because they didn't do what they were asked to do. If they can't do what they are asked, then they shouldn't say they can ! They shaved half way down his tail. Again had they just done his back and sides like asked everything would have been fine

The employees and vets at this location are always a delight and happy to help. Their priority is always the animals under their care and they take my concerns seriously. Often go above and beyond to make sure that my dog is happy and healthy. Keep up the good work!

Such a beautiful and gracious visit today. 🥰Brought two senior kitties in to have lots of stuff done as they haven’t received care for most of their 15 year old lives, and their owner recently died. I was not charged for the nail trimmings because there was compassion in abundance today. 🙏🏼 I had to put the kitties brother dog down last week as well, so $1700 later I’ll take a comped nail clipping. Every penny counts. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!🙏🏼♥️
