This review is long overdue. Absolutely incredible veterinary service!! Pellissippi Veterinary Hospital has taken care of all of my fuzzies for 22 years. Dr. Hall and Dr. Mays go above and beyond to provide exemplary care. I'm so grateful for their professionalism and empathy. We had to make the difficult decision to help our sweet boy cross over to a more peaceful place. Dr. Mays and staff were compassionate and understanding. Dr. Mays made it light-hearted and easier to cope. My husband and I felt a relief that was incomprehensible. We knew he was finally chasing those tennis balls again! Today, I picked up my sweet boy's ashes. He would've been 19 in July. I was emotional, and the office staff gave that quiet understanding comfort. Dr. Mays included a beautiful card to express her condolences. Thank you to Pellissippi Veterinary Hospital and all the staff through the years. You will always remain our #1.

Great place to take your dogs. Very down-to-earth, patient vets and staff. We're very happy taking our dog here. 2024 Update: We now have 2 dogs, and they have continued to earn our business with both of our fur babies!

We have been seeing Dr Mays at this office for years. However when we needed to have our cat seen due to an urgent situation, they refused to see us due to the office closing early. They would rather have us spend way more money by telling us to go to an emergency hospital. They should place more priority on their established patients that need urgent care while the office is available.

I just moved here from Pennsylvania a few months ago and was very nervous about finding a new vet for my cat. He has some health issues and it’s crucial to find a vet that takes them seriously. The vet who helped us was extremely informative and helpful. She took the time to read over his history and explained his conditions to me in more detail than his previous vet. I really am satisfied with my experience and glad I found a vet that I trust with my baby!

We was able to get an ecxotic appointment quick, within couple days. The office girls was nice. It is a small comfy place. They make you and your per feel welcome. Dr.Hall was nice and caring to out animals. He answered all our questions. The prices here are moderate. The prices are not as expensive compared to most ecxotic pets. Will be back.
