They greeted us right away. They were busy but polite to everyone. We were in and quickly. Highly recommend! Also we usually use Lovell road but they are closed on Sundays. It was nice they had all our information.

I like the convenience of the clinic being walkin only. I bring my cats here for routine shots. Recently, my oldest cat got a sinus infection and I was able to get him in to see the vet that day. I got antibiotics and was in and out quickly. Staff is always super friendly. I have recommended this place to family and friends and will continue to be a customer.

As a new client I completed information forms about my pet. I was shown the different plans they offered and was taken care of immediately. Very fair pricing. Dr. Kristy Hatcher and her assistant worked very well with my dog ( my baby) and were very compassionate with him. I would highly recommend pet owners to bring their pets here

The pet well clinic on Kingston pike always takes great care of my golden doodle Ellie, they make her feel comfortable and safe while providing the best care possible and lots of treats for her as well. I would highly recommend pet well clinic for any and all of your veterinary needs, if I could give 6 stars I would!

Fantastic visit. DR. Emily and the techs took great care of our sweet girl. Checked in o lone and went straight back to the exam room. I was expecting a quick ear check, but Dr. Emily did a full exam, answered all our questions and even helped get our girl through the lobby. It was a bit more expensive than our regular vet, but definitely less costly than the emergency clinic. Thank you!
