The neighborhood cat, Mittens brought many kittens & cat's to me in his lifetime. We all tried to adopt him but he made it clear he was everyone in the neighborhoods sweet boy (he is sadly gone now). Every cat & kitten was taken here to be spayed or nurtured. They offer low cost services & free if you are disabled or low income. They are a wonderful service to the Knoxville & surrounding areas. They do wonderful work & we are truly blessed to have them. Services for dog's & cat's. Donations are gladly accepted here!! Please Donate If You Can!!

This is one of the most streamlined and well designed/executed sterilization center and shelter I’ve seen in a long time. The staff is incredibly kind, and most importantly there’s more than enough of them. Great place!!

I spoke to a lady named Tracy this morning at the spay and neuter clinic regarding feral cats. This lady was the kindest individual I have ever spoken to in any customer service role anywhere. This facility is extremely high stress environment and this lady was absolute gold.
