Chad quickly responded to my call and determined where the best place to place traps was to catch whatever critters had invaded the space between my basement ceiling and sunflower. He was successful in catching two possums and removed them from our house. To be sure he had all of the critters he set another trap and left it for a couple of days. When no others were caught, he sealed up the entrance they were using and applied an enzyme treatment to the space to neutralize and sanitize the space. He also replaced a couple of vents to prevent future intrusion. Chad kept me in the loop as to what was going on every step of the process. All this was accomplished in a few days and I would recommend Chad to anyone who is having issues.

Let me start with “look no further” you will not find a better wildlife removal company! We had squirrels in our attic & after a referral to another company one squirrel was captured, but we were left to contact a roofing company to help us figure out entry points. Their inspection had one shingle replaced but no additional breeches were found by the “drone”. The noise continued & this time research was done & Alpha Wildlife was discovered. They not only REMOVE wildlife but provide a plan that includes RESOLVING the problem and they do ALL of the work themselves. We were fortunate to have Chad help us!! He was able to come by the same day we called. He inspected our home both inside & out. Chad climbed around our roof himself (no drone) he was able to see for himself multiple breeches for entry. He then provided a detailed plan & ENSURED us that he could take care of our problem. We couldn’t have worked with a nicer man & his team. Chad was friendly & professional. He stayed in close communication throughout the process. He was punctual & informative… I could go on & on but to sum up our experience to a perspective client it would be “don’t hesitate to call Alpha Wildlife”! If I had any recommendations to the Alpha Wildlife Company it would be “CLONE, CHAD & his team, Wesley,Austin & Lucas. They provided excellent customer service!! Thank you guys for stopping the squirrel party’s in our attic.

We've been very impressed with the work done by Chad and his crew in the Knoxville area. Seriously great communication with excellent follow through. I had called a different company to start with in trying to get rid of squirrels in the attic but they had a wait list and a rude person on the phone. I am so glad that I moved on and found Alpha Wildlife.

Chad, Wesley, and the team from Alpha Wildlife Service were simply fantastic in how quickly they responded to our squirrel issue on the day I called. Came out installed humane traps removed the squirrels and then completely sealed my roof at 23 potential entry points. They also installed roof vent guards to stop wildlife from pulling up and entering there. They handled our large job as professionals, finished on time, and cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with Chad and Alpha Wildlife.

I called about a squirrel stuck inside our wall and Sean was at our service quickly! He got the squirrel out without harm. He also thoroughly explained what they can do to seal up our attic and prevent this from happening again. Highly recommend!!

We had a skunk problem, so we read reviews and called Alpha Wildlife, who responded immediately. Chad Oliver was very knowledgeable about how to trap our visitor, and also how to be sure it wouldn't be able to set up camp under our porch or in our crawlspace. He explained the process in great detail so we knew what to expect. Anytime we had a question or concern, it was answered quickly, and Chad checked in with us even when we didn't call. Sean was on call at one point, as well, and was very attentive. We are happy to recommend Chad, Sean, and Alpha Wildlife.
