Love this vets and staff. I know I can get Holly my cat treated and know she s getting the best care for a price I can afford. I love vet tech Kevin .cause Holly will be good when he has her .

The receptionist was very unprofessional to me regarding miscommunication from another staff member in the office. I have always loved the male staff and Natasha, but I will not be returning to this clinic. I have never dealt with someone who makes excuses rather than making things satisfactory with the customer. There was miscommunication about an appointment and the receptionist (wish that I had her name) continued to blame me for what I was told. Then, she ..once again unprofessionally... was argumentative and told me that she already knew what occurred and that another staff member had spoken to me in length on "Monday". I had not called the office on Monday, but I had called the office on a Friday to inquire about services for my animal. I was already disappointed in the services that I had just received, but I had not even brought that to anyone's attention due to the fact that I have ALWAYS recommended this office to community members. I will NOT return with any of my 4 animals, and I will be sure to inform anyone else who plans to have services provided here.

I took my cat in for vaccines, service was awesome. Prompt, friendly staff. Very caring And considerate. Great experience!!

We’ve came out here 3 times to get our dogs nails trimmed and every time they tell us something different. Today we wasted an hour for them to tell us what they could have told us on the phone when we called and gave our info. in the first place. 0/10 don’t recommend.

Took a cat into the clinic for possible blockage. The vet tech saw him and said he wasn’t blocked. Took him home. Went back in the next day because the cat was blocked. The vet never examined him or took his temperature. Took him to another clinic and he was close to death. The vet told me he had been blocked for days. Don’t take your animals to them.
