Doctor David Arias treated my french bulldog as if he was his own. He shows his love, devotion and compassion for his patients. You're able to see the sincerity Doctor Arias displays for the family and I feel lucky to have doctor Arias treat my french bulldog Tyson. I will definitely recommend Doctor David Arias to all my family and friends. He has been amazing. I highly recommend him.
I would recommend to people who visit this clinic that before starting any treatment or examinations they take into consideration taking your furry friends elsewhere; My experience was traumatic as I took my 7-year-old cat in urgency because one Tuesday night he meowed in a strange way while he was in the sandbox. I found this clinic online and took him to the emergency room as fast as I could cause he lasted several minutes meowing in an odd way. When I took him in, they checked him and told me that my cat was showing no signs of where the pain was coming from, and that for that reason they should do endless tests, blood tests, and x-rays, which I accepted. We left the clinic because it was a 11pm Tuesday night and they were closing. I returned the next day as soon as the clinic opened, and I was sure what my cat's problem was, he couldn't pee. I told them about it and they ignored that while they continued to performed the aforementioned tests, the results according to the doctor came out fine. They told me that he had a clog from poop and that they should sedate him and manually unclog him. They did it!! I took it home after the process and things got worse. I called all night and the next day in the same way, they told me that they should do an ultrasound to rule out possible Cancer due to a small spot that could be seen under the bladder. At this point to me it seems like they were just trying to guess. They gave me an appointment at 7 at night and my cat was getting worse by the minute!! He didn't eat, he didn't drink water, he didn't use the sandbox to do his business, he had stopped meowing because he didn't have the strength to even do that and he couldn't walk anymore. I told them all that and they knew it and they still gave me an appointment for 7 at night, I took him and they did the ultrasound and they told me to take him to an emergency hospital because he was blocked from peeing, and that it was gravity. That it was very serious and they had to intervene as soon as possible. I took it out of there, of course for all that I had already paid a bill of approximately $2,500. I start looking for hospitals and by God's help I come across with my kitten's previous veterinarian. I told him about the case and I bring all the documents from the clinic and blood results and x-rays and it turns out that he sees in the x-rays they took of my cat that it was already seen that it was semi-blocked and they could not read the results of the X-ray and the procedure of uncovering his intestines because according to them he couldn't poop that's why it wasn't like that, and the X-rays show that he didn't need any of that unnecessary procedures that only hurt him even more; they did things to him that he didn't need and they almost let him die, his hours were numbered because the clinic simply didn't know how to see what the x-rays were showing. Fluffy is now in recovery, of course in another clinic. I hope this message helps many people see other options before doing any procedures for their pets.Dr. Shanelle was the one who treated Fluffy.
I have 2 cats Romance and Moncha. They have struggled to cope with or get along with all 5 different vets I have taken them to. Something about this Dr. Arias that made them feel out of harms way. They werent treated as objects but as family members with a need that he could help with. After getting both of my cats fixed successfully for a good price you can see the positive transition in theyre behavior. Thank you see you next time.
Called because my cat has been vomiting for a few days and now it’s reddish black spots appearing around the house. The lady that answered the phone just said they aren’t taking any more appointments and to go to pearl or another clinic (forgot the name). Doesn’t seem as compassionate as some reviews state. Edited in response to the agency’s reply: so you don’t schedule appointments the next day?. I feel like there wasn’t even an attempt to listen and try to help. I called other vets and they said they could not take appointments after (inset time) but that I could bring my pet in/set up a same day appointment the next day. Another office listened to my concerns and told me if the symptoms were a cause for concern and required immediate response or if I could wait till the next day. That is the difference in being compassionate and just being at work waiting to leave. For reference I called 11:09pm you google said you close at 12. I never asked to be seen right then and there, just had called because google said you were the closest and were still open. But thank you, I will go to the other vets instead.
They did an emergency blaster stone removal surgery for my cat. Surgery and after care were good but be attentive that they only accept cash or you will be charged with a 2.5% service fee. The surgery was about 6k and I had to carry 6 bundles of hundred bills it was somehow “funny”.
I have endless gratitude to Dr.Arias for his care to my cat, Sylvester. He saved Sylvester’s life. My baby had a blockage in his urinary system and Dr.Arias was able to perform surgery to save his life. Not only did he save his life, but he kept me posted on his progress every step of his hospitalization. Throughout the process, he would sent me videos of my baby, would check in on me through his business Instagram to see if I had questions/how I was doing, and I even stopped in to see Sylvester today even though he was working at another office. Even after his surgery last night , he let me say goodnight to Sylvester to calm my nerves before I went home. Dr. Arias is truly a one of a kind doctor for his ability to care my baby but also know how calm my nerves. I have endless gratitude and appreciation to him for how well he took care of my baby, and how he continues to check in now that he’s back home. He is absolutely heaven sent. Thank you Dr. Arias. 💕🙏🏻
