I really enjoy going here. They always have someone willing to help, have a ton of options for food and toys, will special order what you need and follow up, and have a rewards program. Overall good prices considering the quality of food they have. Definitely my go-to pet store.

Tons of nice treats and toys for pups. Really helpful staff - so friendly! One thing I'd watch for - the pricing on some of the toys is pretty high. We didn't realize one of the toys we bought was 3x what we thought it was until after getting down the road and taking a look at the receipt. Yikes.

Critters & Me on Agua Fria in Santa Fe is a pleasure to visit--shopping, dog bathing, whatever. The store is just a store but the staff are so competent, pleasant, and genuine that it's a pleasure to be a customer. Let's face it, pet owners can be odd people, and maintaining "competent, pleasant, and genuine" is a measure of excellence. I look forward to my next visit.

Rude kinda. I interrupted playtime maybe with the 2 in front. Wanted to use the dog wash for ten minutes... couldn't do so because supposedly they had appointments booked. Nobody was using a tub. There were 2. Pretty rude dude with the painted fingernails. I spent money there I really should not have after being treated that way. I guarantee I will not spend a dime there again.

This is a nice store. It seemed they had everything. Open until 6 or 7 depending on the day. Nice staff. On agua fria by the nursery. The self serve dog bath stations are a life line for me. They provide lots of options for shampoo. Tubs have ramps. They provide 1 towel, I bring an extra towel.
