I have to give this store consistent five stars; particularly for service. We went to get my dog a new harness. We were met by a team member named Rhea. She showed us where the harnesses were and helped us fit our dog with just the right harness. That is "world class" customer service. As most retailers have cut back on customer service. This store had a great selection and great people to serve its customers; that is why I will keep shopping here.

Update……. We decided to give it another try because everyone deserves a second chance. This visit was SO much better!!! They took the time to listen to my concerns and took care of our girls! I was extremely pleased with the way the girls were taken care of and the staffs willingness to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. We will definitely be back! Extremely disappointed at the service we recieved!! My two dogs were there for over 6 hours, one of the dogs nails aren’t even cut when I paid for cut and buff. One wasn’t brushed out when I paid extra for furminator. I get busy short staffed days which is why I was understanding of the 6 hours but to have them for 6 hours and not even complete the things I paid for is completely unacceptable! We are new to the area and need a groomer that will actually take care of the things our dogs need done if anyone has any suggestions!

They have no animals! No fish, no exotics, only 2 bird's. I ended up ordering what I was looking for online from someone else. I wanted a parrot play Stand. They had nothing except accessorys... Mostly for fur baby's.

Took my puppy there for a groom, paid $98 and looked like crap .. patches all over and my puppy only weighs 7 pounds , not a lot of hair to be cutting .. total waste of money

Great place to shop for your Pets needs. They sell cute little clothes, hoodies , toys & much more. I even bought a. Car set for my Pooch. She loves it , now she can see out the window. Everyone there is kind & helpful. They even help me carry out my purchases‼️👍❤️💯🐾🐶🫶

They had everything we needed and the cashier helped us save some money on our visit. All of the employees we came in contact with were very nice and all offered to help us find what we needed. It’s nice being able to find an associate when you need one!!
