I adopted a kitten from there a few weeks ago and the employees were very sweet and patient with me! They were very good about getting me in and out in a reasonable time span, and my sweet girl didn’t cost an arm and leg! Her name was brisket when I adopted her and now that is her nickname. She is the sweetest little blessing. She loves reading with me and gets along great with my other cat. Thanks for the great experience!

Brought my fur baby into this location for the first time since moving to Midland, TX, from Beaumont, TX. I didn't notice how bad his cut was until we got home. My poor baby, smelled like they had just rinsed him off with water and he looked like they just used scissors ✂️ to cut his hair, his tail still had matts in it, his hair was uneven, you can tell no clippers were used to even his hair out, they didn't clip his nails and they didn't clean his ears. $60 for a job I could have done myself at home. I'm new to Midland TX so until I can find a reliable groomer I'll probably have to take both my fur babies back, but I'm gonna try my very best to find another groomer so they don't have to go back to this location. My fur babies are like my kids. They have never missed a vet appointment, I work six weeks straight, so they get groomed every six weeks. I work hard for my money, and I go hard in the paint to make sure my fur babies are well taken care of. They are the reason I moved nine hours away from my family. That's how important they are to me. You guys have got to do better. The mere fact that a dog owner even takes the time to take their fur babies to get groomed speaks volumes. These are innocent animals who depend on us for everything. When we turn them over to you guys, we depend on you to care enough to do your job correctly. If and when I do return to this location, I really pray that you guys can rectify this injustice to my poor baby, and I don't waste another $60 of my hard earned money. The picture on the left is the day after he came from the groomer in Midland TX, after I took him a real bath and brushed him out. I asked them to only leave his tail, and give him a low cut like the one they had on file in the computer, he has never had this much hair left on him, I always get him cut very low, because of my work schedule, it keeps his hair from having a chance to matt up. the picture on the right is the day he had been to the groomer in Beaumont, Texas. Huge difference.

They saved Patiences the dog who was homeless and lived on a street corner for almost a year. I prayed that God give her a spot... my wish for a miracle for Xmas was granted. If you can't help as a volunteer, please consider making a donation, so that these pets continue to get the awesome help they need. This is a wonderful home for dogs and cats so much dedication and love is there.

We adopted a Yorkie Shih Tzu mix from Midland Humane Coalition last year and this little angel has been a wonderful addition to our lives. The adoption process was easy and they gave tips on how to help transition her to her new home. Thank you so much.
